Grand Illusions Non-Transitive Set of Three Dice

Got them for my grandson who liked 'em for all of 5 minutes. I am enjoying them because they illustrate a kind of balanced circular competition in e.coli Elmore H. 2005. Real-life rock-paper-scissors. EvoBites good teaching tool!

I thought these would be weighted dice that looked the same as regular ones. It's really not as impressive to pull this trick with die that have 4 sides with 3 on them. But I guess that's how non-transitive dice work.

Interesting concept. I have thought about things like this but here's an opportunity to demonstrate it.

Came as explained. I do wish that I understood non-transitive dice better at the outset, because I see value in having yet another set now that I’ve played around with them. Good purchase. Reasonable price. Good quality.

Seems like a fun way to teach kids probability. I might get some to add to my teaching props!
