Pretty good price as I looked around, not just on Amazon. It's hard to say for certain what results are tied to the pills but I wanted them because I am nowhere close to 70% fat to 20% protein and they make up for what the fat does basically. I keep my net carbs under 20 a day normally but I eat a ton of chicken and lean hamburger and pork. If anything I'm probably 70% protein 20% fat. I have gone from 315 to 245 in 13 months. And before the pills I'd have days where I'd eat 2000 calories and somehow weigh 2 pounds more the next day. And it seemed to be on days where I'd have carbs with fiber I could subtract and almost no fat. Like Keto bread, keto chips, etc. The pills seem to be offsetting that and I'm not having days where I gain. Also I went several months without losing anything basically. But since I started the pills and have one high carb meal every 10-14 days, I have been consistently dropping at least 1-2 pounds a week again. If you have found yourself in a plateau and you eat a lot of protein I would suggest a high carb meal every 1-2 weeks and the pills because your body gets used to ketosis and stops losing weight. I feel like the pills have helped because I don't get enough fat. If you do already, then I don't know that it would make much of a difference. But I'm no doctor so jmo.

So far I have lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks. My stomach and hips are shrinking. Noticeable difference. I will do another review in 2 weeks. Stay under 50 grams of carbs. Update as of July 14 I have lost 7 lbs. They are working. I combined with Garcinia Cambogia.

Seems to help with my energy

It didn’t do much. It’s easy to swallow. No taste. Didn’t make a difference in my appetite or weight loss with my keto diet.

No effect whatsoever, I’ve been doing a low carb keto life style change for a little over a year now and effectively lost 80 lbs before this product I still have the stubborn 8-10 lbs to go and thought about giving this product a try… unfortunately I gave up on it 3 weeks later and now I can’t return it.. at least for the bottle I didn’t open what a bummer to say the least after the reviews I’ve seen on this.
