I’ve been using a similar forearm strengthener for a while and decided to buy a new one, so I got a pair of these. To my surprise, they’re much lighter than expected. While you can still use them for a workout, it takes a lot more reps to feel any real resistance. If it weren't for my father using them for his normal exercises, I probably would’ve returned them.

Go ahead make a purchase... What's better than doing the exercise at home rather than gym.... All exercise can be done at home. .... product looks solid and is easy enough to use. the resistance might not be enough for dedicated gym goers or people with more than average forearm strength but enough for beginners and amateurs. I discovered that while working the forearm it helps to place the non-working hand on the base hoop (resting on your forearm) and push slightly forward as you curl up. Same process in the pronated position seems to help. Like I said device is good for building initial size and strength. After a while you will grow out of it. the range of motion will not be enough.

For beginners it maybe difficult for them but later it will be easy for them to use... Quality of the product is good...
