This book is amazing. Must have for descriptions of how fruits and vegetables and vitamins work on the body. Describes how medications work, but suggests talking to doctor about trying natural methods.

This book has much information that is already well know. However, it takes a little bit of a different approach to blood pressure control by diet that is a somewhat easier to comprehend. by combining the information in this book with another well documented text I was able to take an educated holistic control of my blood pressure along with my meds. The only thing is that I never received any of the supplemental information that is supposed to come with this book, it is a bit pricey.

Straightforward, easy reading, great info

The information in this book is no secret, it is all over them Internet for free. But this doctor has put this book together in a very well laid out format, it is easy to read, and easy to understand so in that sense the book is worth five stars. The reason I only gave it three stars is because this book is not worth $60. They should be selling this book For $19.95 especially considering it is a very small book with only under 150 pages in six chapters.

Very informative

The size of this book at the cost is more than a disappointment. I have purchased other books on the same subject that contain loads of research. Because this book was promoted as though it is new information, I decided to purchase. The Price is way beyond its value of information. I was going to send it to two others. After receiving the book, I definitely will not spend that much money for similar information available by different authors at a better value.

Good book it helps with how you lower blood pressure

This is a very good reference book. I will recommend this to my friends and family. I enjoyed reading the information contained in this book.
