American Tourister Pop Spinner - 3 Piece

Purchased this set in Orange. Took one trip to Disney World and handles broke on two of them. The color not shiny like it showed in the photo. Very hard to clean...after only one trip they are so dirty...I won't be taking them again. Oh yes I can't two handles are broken. CHEAP made..would not purchase them again.

The smallest of the bags had a loose screw in the back; with the very first use, the screw became caught between the frame and the nylon exterior and tore a huge hole. There's no on-line option to contact the company to set up a return, which is inconvenient.Overall still a good value. but beware the loose screw.

I purchased the lovely three piece Spinner Set, and was happy. When I went to pull the larger luggage out of the box, the handle didn't pull all the way up. I called customer service, ask them that I would like to return the set back. I return the first set back and in three days after I had sent the first set back, I received a brand new set. I am a happy camper, so far so good. The reason for the three stars due to I had to send the first set back.

I received my luggage yesterday and when I opened the box I saw a color and texture completely different than what the picture shows. The quality of the luggage seems to be there. However, the shade of purple is totally different than the picture. As stated in the other reviews the purple is more of a dusky purple (grayish purple) even the fabric looks different. There is a sheen to the picture above for the luggage but that is not the case when you actually receive them. I will keep them as the quality appears to be there and the purple is acceptable. Color and texture totally different than what I expected based on the picture.

Great luggage for the price. I took it on two trips (Atlanta to Newark) already it has held up so far. They roll easily and the luggage hold a lot of stuff for their size. It is of simple design, not a lot of internal pockets, but I'd rather have more space than a lot of smaller pockets I may not use.

Hate this luggage. Needed for force handles down, upon receipt the zipper pull was sewn into the seam, upon first use hole in the side of the fabric. I know that airlines are rough, but on the first use? POOR QUALITY. Purple gets filthy!

The very first time we used the large suitcase the wheel broke and it was difficult to navigate with it. This was a problem given that we were traveling internationally! If you are looking for an inexpensive product, it's not bad. But the quality is not so good overall.

Received the items last night.Haven't used them yet but my mother will sure be using them next week. Will post update on the experience then.Initial thoughts:1. The color is more or less similar to the picture (may be a bit on the darker side)2. Build quality appears good and the set was received in manufacturer box packaging. Zippers etc.. are working perfectly.3. The set of 4 wheels are quite good and enable easy transportation
