I bought the shampoo & conditioner for the first time a while ago & I have just bought the shampoo again, I really like it so far. My hair is fine & soon goes flat but this product seems to give it some “body” & has a nice fresh scent

I usually don't get impressed very easy, but I have to admit, I'm totally impressed with this shampoo. WHY?? Because finally I have purchased a product that really does what it says to do. First of all I want to say, that I had hair implant surgery because of boldness in my forehead area. After having the surgery, I have searched and tried many shampoos. I have looked in beauty saloons, internet, magazines etc. I did find few that where ok, only one that I would say was good. But I was not satisfied with what I have purchased in the past. So I kept searching and one night I found this shampoo on Amazon. Due to price being very good ( cheap compare to others in market) and also the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Boy never been so happy in my life, after a week of using it my hair was much thicker, this shampoo is what I have been looking for. My hair implants are good, but they are thin and with this shampoo they look so much thicker, is like having my hair back when I was in college. So after saying all this, few things I would like to make clear: 1. I did not bought this product for re-growing hair as I already had surgery and I can't tell if new hair is growing back because of the shampoo; 2. One thing everything person must know is that, what works for me, not necessarily will work for you, but in general good products work very well in most people; 3. This is my honest opinion from product I purchased on Amazon UK, I was not given a free product to have it tested first etc.. In fact this is the first time I have seen this shampoo brand. Finally but not least, to the company and team that produces this shampoo, thank you so much and please keep up with the excellent quality. Thanks you!!!

I bought this shampoo with the conditioner and serum with high hopes it would help my menopausal thin hair (I am a 56 year old woman) regrow to its former thickness but sadly after 3 months using all 3 products as they direct, it did not work for me at all on that front, and I wonder if it could never really do what it claims in reality. However I have to say the shampoo itself was very nice, it works very well; nice smell, lots of shine and volume afterwards. It was a bit of a pain leaving both shampoo and conditioner on for 3 mins each but I managed to get it into my routine and make it work while in the shower. I would buy this shampoo again if I could afford it, because I think it is quality..but without the added bonus of actually making my hair regrow it isn't worth the price sadly. It might work for someone else.

Love this conditioner. Stops hair fall

Great shampoo. Doesn’t lather as much as normal shampoo but in line with other top end (eg Kerastase) shampoos, has a relatively low lather but cleans really well. I bought the full range from ThickTails and have been using their products for about 3 weeks now along with the serum and taking the supplements. My hair is definitely feeling fuller and easier to style consequently. I have shortish hair and slightly cropped at the back and this is where it is the most noticeable in fullness, as before it can look flat without styling but now it is fuller looking. Best compliments came from my hairdresser yesterday who noticed that my hair was ‘thicker’! She’s been cutting my hair for over 2 years and sees me every 6 weeks so for her to notice is a great sign to me!

Takes a long time to rinse out, lathers quickly, quite strong chemical smell, hair feel soft and fragrant lingers, hair left soft and shiny, but hair goes lank throughout the day, as though it is leaving residue behind, probably not best suited for fine hair. Used in conjunction with matching condioner, expensive, reminds me of tresseme, in consistency and smell and function. I'm not likely to finish the bottle or re- order so it's a NO from me I'm afraid.

Really works

Not worth it. The shampoo leaves your hair feeling like straw. The conditioner makes it soft but quite greasy and I have not noticed any difference I have been using it for nearly 2 months and my hair is not thicker and it is falling out so much.
