Not good quality
If I could give a 0/5 I would. Leaves were not cleaned prior to dehydration so rendered unusable. BUYER BEWARE. Eggs on undersides of leaves, dirt, detritus. Deeply disappointed. Waste of money.

Excellent if taken on an empty stomach
It is an excellent product, an anti-inflammatory, Narurak also improved my digestion a lot.
