Update:The company promptly investigated and found out there was a pump issue with a whole batch. They quickly provided me a full refund and sent me a set of lotion. They even followed up with me to make sure things are working fine. Great customer service indeed! Lotion seems to be good as well. I like that it’s safe. It’s on the lighter note.Previously:I really tried to like this product.. Edible lotion, when my baby is putting everything in her mouth? How can I pass on it? HOWEVER, the first package came with lotion overflown so had to return it. The second package came with a pump broken inside a bottle so had to replace it. And the third package had the same pump issue with one of the bottles!! Come on now. Not sure how many more times I need to return/replace the item to finally end up with a nondefective, working product.

I really like this lotion. My skin has become very sensitive and this doesn't bother at all. I wear it under my foundation during the day and alone at night. I love that it doesn't sting when it gets close to my eyes. I bought a small one first and liked it so much, i purchased the larger double pack. I would have given this 5 stars but both of the pumps on the larger ones were broken off inside. Lucily, i had the smaller one i had purchased earlier and the pump fit the bigger bottles. Will definitely purchase again!

I like that this product is edible. But I just don't know how hydrating it actually is for the skin. Others leave his skin feeling soft, while this one kust feels the same. The smell is also neither oleasant nor unoleasant but doesn't last for very long.

Both of my twins have sensitive skin. We tried many lotions, but none of them work....until we found this lotion. This lotion not only cured my twins excema and dry skin, but I dont need to worry if they accidentally ate some of it because its edible. Not surprised that it was sold out the last 2 months when I was ordering before.

Smells great and has a nice texture. Very moisturizing and not greasy. Love the ingredients and that it's safe for baby.
