Sometimes you're on the go and can't stop for a meal. These have provided me the energy needed to keep going for a few more hours. They are packed with energy, taste good, and are well portioned. Consider some other varieties for more or less sugar to the nutrition provided. These do not replace a full meal and might not fill you completely during high energy tasks such as climbing or hiking, but they do help tie things over for a little while when energy is low. It is that little bit that is often needed to make it to the next stop. They are also on the expensive side of snacks, but the quality make them worth it.

Clif Bars are my favorite energy bar. I use them during my high intensity workouts and they never disappoint. They taste great and metabolize quickly to provide energy in a sustained manner. In a pinch, I will also eat them as a snack. Of course, the best part is the great taste!

health enough but the sugar content kinda overrides most of the health benefits. Also the texture is a little off.

This flavor is by far my favorite, and I eat these almost every day as an on-shift snack. The flavor from the dried blueberries is refreshing, and these are much easier to eat than denser drier bars like the ones with peanut butter or chocolate.

Great for a boost when you are hungry

Not a flavour I've ever seen in Australia so I was curious and it didn't disappoint. The bar itself was soft and lightly oaty with just a few pops of sweet blueberry throughout. I'm not vegetarian but I guess it's a bonus if you are that this is a great way to get a little energy boost for a long day at work, post-workout or during a hike. I like the smaller packet sizes to minimise wasted packaging - it makes it easier to take them on the go. All this being said I'm not sure I would shell out the extra money a second time.
