I don’t know how this works but it does! I have a hip issue that started affecting my walking. Started taking this and after a week the pain and discomfort is 90% gone. On my 3rd bottle. Btw - I’m pretty fit, 56, and exercise regularly.

These things are giant. No smell or taste, but still tough to get them all down. You take three at a time Which feels like a like because of the size. Don’t really feel any difference after a few weeks. No side effects.
