i wore these shoes to my sophomore hoco, i couldnt wear heels cuz my date was to short and i didnt wanna be taller than him

My daughter wore the shoes for 3 weeks, and the canvas on one of the shoes split. I was unable to get a refund, or replacement because the shoes had been worn. My daughter is currently wearing a pair that we bought at the Gilroy Outlet and that pair has not split and she has worn them almost daily. Not buying another pair from Amazon using a 3rd party vendor.
