I stopped using relaxers/chemicals in my hair about 5 years ago. For the next few years, my hair did not grow much. I took these vitamins for more than six months and during that time I did not notice any enhanced hair growth or any noticeable improvement in my skin and nails though I was on a very healthy diet, drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly at the time. I stopped using them and decided to try getting the needed nutrients from natural sources so I turned to eating a breakfast consisting of wheat germ, wheat germ oil, milk, an egg and fresh fruits daily followed up with healthy servings of vegetables and yogurts and plenty of water for the remainder of my meals, and it was only then that I noticed improvements in my skin, hair and nails. My hair texture has improved, it is growing above average, my dry skin and scalp have normalized, my complexion has cleared and I have a lot of energy. It is more than one year later, and these improvements are still there, and it is cheaper on my pockets.

I was looking for a good product to make my hair grow because I have had horror stories with beauty salons and braids so I read the reviews and decided to order this product, I first purchased this item in December of 2010 and it made my hair grow quickly so I of course ordered another bottle in February of 2011 and my hair was still growing rapidly so of course, I ordered my last bottle in June of 2011 and now I am noticing that my hair is getting really thin and soft (I have not taken anything else besides these pills) I have been using my same shampoo and conditioner along with taking these pills 3x a day-I started noticing that my hair was getting thin a few months ago but never linked it to the pills (out of all the reviews no one said anything about thinning hair-everyone claimed it made their hair thick) well, I don't want to say for sure it is the pills but...I have not taken anything else-I don't want to tell you not to take the pills because they definetly made my hair grow but just if you notice your hair getting thin...stop taking the pills or maybe not 3 per day...

My hair would grow then break off. So bought the pills so I could see how fast my hair would grow healthy without breaking off. Before, I had a lot of shedding on the floor, on the back of my shirt, on the bathroom sink, on my pillow, etc. I do not have this problem any longer! I am not just saying this but it feels as if each time I wash my hair, it is longer each time I finish blow drying it! I love it! Oh, I now have to cut my nails weekly because they grow out so fast. This product to me was worth the money! My length now is at the top of the arm pit. I no longer where wigs. I now mainly cowash (conditioner only wash) my hair every 2 days and shampoo/deep conditioner twice a month. I only blow dry my hair and use low heat to flat iron it after my wash days so it can get straight. I use satin rollers to give a roller wrap look daily. I believe this regimen and the vitamins are helping my hair to stay healthy. I can now where a high pony tail and the tail is at my shoulder. Sorry this is long but I wanted to help anyone who may have felt like I felt a few months ago with the shedding. Youtube hair journey postings helped me a lot as well. Good luck sista's! I began using other products that worked as well however I had major acne which I did not have before or have when I used this product. My hair grew from shoulder length to arm pit length and then I chopped it all off. I will purchase this product today to get my hair the way I had it.

Very good. I experienced growth, thickness and softer hair in a week. I backed it with taking 1 10,000 mg of biotin for two days. .. one one the first day and another on the fourth day only. If you continue double up with the biotin, it will break you out. ... for me it was in my face. Others have experienced it on their arms or other places. Also. .. be prepared to wax or shave or nair weekly. ..i was born with a unibrow that i have learned how to make look sexy and feminine. Taking these tell all of my unibrow business. Lol.
