HALO Sleepsack Plush Dot Velboa Wearable Blanket, TOG 1.5

This HALO Sleepsack is excellent quality. The Velboa fabric feels thick and plush, and it’s held up perfectly after washes. It keeps my baby warm without overheating, and the bottom zipper makes diaper changes easy. The fit is comfortable with room to grow but still feels secure. My baby sleeps better in this than any other sleep sack we’ve tried. Highly recommend for parents who want something cozy, safe, and long-lasting.

Our favorite sleek sacks!! We love halo sleep sacks. They’re the only ones we’ve used. These keep our girl nice and warm during the winter nights. She also seems to find comfort in the material. I see her holding onto them during the night. They’re incredibly soft. They also have held up wonderfully with daily washing. Beware that the cream color isn’t double zip though, pink is. Not that we use that feature but just fyi. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love this sleep sack! We purchased this one as well as a more expensive Kyte Baby sleep sack, and this one outlasted the Kyte Baby. The zipper from top to bottom allows me to feel at ease at night knowing my baby can’t unzip it. Kyte Baby zips from the bottom up and we found my son one morning broken out of the sack with zipper broken. Not sure what he did, but for something that expensive, you’d think this would not happen. This Halo sleep sack is very soft and breathable. It keeps our baby warm at night while we have the air conditioning on during the TX summer. He falls asleep very easily in it, and stays asleep! It’s sized to allow your baby to grow while using it which is great because I do not have to buy another one for quite some time. Make sure you do your reading so you buy the correct one for the temperature you keep your home.

High quality! I was using a cotton one, but when my son would wake up, his feet were cold. This has not happened since using this sleep sack. Very soft, fits great, and is an excellent value for the money.

Great weight and warmth while still being breathable. Going to keep buying in bigger sizes as kid grows.

These sleep sacks are functional, safe, soft, warm, and attractive. For the velboa ones, it's important to turn them inside out and zip them up before washing, or they will get rough after a bit (I found this out the hard way). (The tag does say to turn them inside out, but I missed it.) They also don't stain, being fleece. Even if they are too big for your kid (as long as they aren't WAY too big), you can use them. They are worth the money, because they can be used for so long--unless maybe you are buying them at the tail end of the cold season. We had our baby in the 0-6 sleep sack from after we stopped using swaddle sacks (after two or three months) until she was six months old, and then we moved up to the next size. These are also really helpful for containing diaper leaks overnight; our daughter sleeps long nights and would have had a messy or wet crib fairly often, without wearing these fleece sleep sacks. You can unzip the sleep sack part way, check for leaks, and then start the changing without opening the sleep sack completely, if it's really messy. This will help keep the baby's hands away from the mess.

This sleep sack is amazing. My daughter loves it! Keeps her warm without her getting too hot. We just avoid fleece pajamas with this sack. It is a single way zipper, starts at top and ends at bottoms. Easy for diaper changes. It’s also super soft with plenty of space for her to grow.

This sleep sack is super cute. I like that it's soft and cozy. I specifically bought it once I transition my 4.5 month old to her own room. Oddly enough, the nursery is the coldest room in my house so I wanted something warm for her to wear. Size M fit well for my 4.5 month baby weighing around 15 pounds. One thing to consider is the temperature in your home. I wouldn't recommend it if your home is on the warmer side. She ended up waking up every two hours the first time she wore it since she is still sleeping in our bedroom. I couldn't figure out why but sure enough, she stopped crying as soon as I took her out of the sleep sack. It seemed like it was too warm and she was sweating up a storm. She won't be wearing it until she transitions to her own room which is on the colder side. That's just something to consider before you make your purchase.
