Works great. Definitely water proof and the size is perfect for any space a child will be sleeping. It doesn’t move around the bed and stays put. It also isn’t loud to sleep on. My son has had an accident with this on the bed and the mattress was completely protected.

LOVE our pee pod mats. We are still transitioning to working on not peeing at night for our kids and they work so well when they have accidents. An excellent thing to have during that transition. And I love the fact that they have different sizes. I do wish they were cheaper, but the value of what they’ve added to saving me from washing bedding constantly is definitely there. They are also easy to travel with. We have taken them on a couple different trips just to make sure that they aren’t peeing in hotel rooms or on Airbnb beds.

Make sure to get the navy blue color if you are using this for heavy urine stains because the other colors make not wash out well. Other than that, these are amazing! I have 12 of them. They wash very well and they protect from all stains! You can use this for protecting your chairs, your sofas, you bed, everything! You can use it for that time of the month, intimacy, and your kid’s accidents! It’s incredible. And it stays in place! Doesn’t move around! If you are using it for a bed, get the XL size. Trust me!

My son went through a bed wetting stage and we tried several pads that claimed they worked. Many slipped around and leak or the pee would runoff. This pad though it top tier, and works so great, stays in place, not plastic feeling and is very soft to lay on especially for my sensory son. An additional benefit was after he no longer needed them I was able to start using them as bed pads during my heavy flow periods and it’s be perfect, easy to clean, protects sheets and soft to sleep on. Win win, we purchased 3 overall to switch around while other is washing.

very happy with this mat! I had a different brand that was very scratchy, this peepod mat us super soft and comfortable. So glad I bought it. I have the 3 ft x 5 ft size in pink. I'm using it at home but plan to take it along when I visit my son so I don't have an embarrassing nighttime event of wetting their sheets. Great product, and worth the price.

Perfect for potty training and elderly parents

UPDATE January 2022: Despite my best efforts, I never got this peapod mat returned. The grey is entirely gone and the mat is a sickly clayish-beige color now. Over a year later, we took in two foster boys. I was told they had accidents at night and when a friend asked how she could help us, I told her a waterproof pad for both beds would be amazing. She bought two more of these - also in the grey color. Like a good mother of now thirteen children, I washed these as I wash all things prior to first use. (Lol- kidding. Not about the thirteen kids. That’s for real. 😅 But I don’t typically wash everything before first use…although these pads, I sure did! Mom win!) As soon - and I mean AS SOON - as I pulled these from the washer on their very first wash in Dreft, they had lost their color again. UNBELIEVABLE. They’ve progressively gotten worse over the three months we’ve had the new boys. Now, that isn’t a game charger anymore to me. They work. They never leak on us. None of the three boys mind sleeping on them. So what is the real game changer? CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are silent. A product that costs this much should have customer service that reflects that cost. Nothing. Silence. I half expect if they ever do contact me, they’ll just blame it on me again. For this reason alone, I will never recommend this company. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought this a week ago. We like the fact that this is so far leakproof. However, it is no more absorbent than a towel (it’s just a towel sewn over a waterproof barrier with a non-slip later on the bottom). We DO NOT like the fact that it is not colorfast. See photos (3) that show the progression of the loss of color. Every warm wash (and we use All Free and Clear and NO bleach or boosters), it comes out looking more and more orangey-pink. Since this goes on our son’s bed with his grey comforter, it looks ghastly pink and unsightly...like it’s over a year old and already worn out! So much discoloration and blotchiness. We contacted customer service since this started happening after the first wash and they accepted no responsibility for it. They told us whomever slept on it used lotions or creams (he doesn’t) or that we washed it with something that had residue of who-knows-what in it (we didn’t). I responded and they have chosen not to offer any help, so we’re returning this item. Sometimes a good product fails because the customer service is not good. So back it goes and we will go back to the smaller pads we have been using.

Absolutely the best purchase. We just bought a new sofa and it not only blends well with the color of our sofa but stays in place on both our cloth and leather sofas and my son is pretty mobile. Easy to wash, the protection is fantastic. We were having issues of my son wetting through his diaper, bladder pad, sheets and waterproof mattress covers. This has held it all, and doesn’t keep a smell. It is worth cent. Feels like a soft towel. Will be purchasing a back up as well as some for his car seat and wheelchair. Just wish this was FSA/HSA eligible. Says it should last up to 500 washes, that’s almost a year and a half, considering he usually wets like he does once a day.

Recomended by my sister and mother which they are using for my nephew and it’s been great for training and accidents in the night. Soaks everything up and washes and dries easily.Great quality for the price. Will work out cheaper in the long run instead of buying new waterproof training sheets or bedding due to staining ect every few weeks ect

These are fantastic. Really help with the night training and save on washing..I have two so I can alternate. I'd been struggling to get my children dry at night but with these they are both now doing really well!

Working just as expected. Followed care instructions, which are easy, and continue to be grateful for a safe and effective product.

This was used by an elderly person who had previously used towels, which did nothing to stop the bed sheets from getting soaked. Worked perfectly but did take a long time to dry after being washed. The solution was to buy another one. Not cheap but certainly worth the buying price . A real quality product

This has been an absolute god send in our home my daughter suffers with incontinence at night and not having to strip her bed every day and just simply lifting this mat washing it and drying it to use again the next night has made our life's so much easier I am purchasing a second one so we always have a spare! Highly recommend!
