The overall quality of is quite good however, I found a piece of metal wire in the package. May be a once in a lifetime thing but users should be careful

It gets spoiled too quickly.. uptil now I have bought 2 packets .. but at a time only 2 roots are to be used .. even though used continuously.. hence balance attracts to small bugs in air tight packet itself before it's expiry date.. that's one sign it's natural product..
