Great Laptop
Overall this laptop is a great bang for your buck. It starts up fast, has fast response times, and is capable of having multiple programs running at the same time. I use this laptop primarily for work and run programs such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems, which it never has a problem with. I wouldn't say it's a downside to this laptop, but one thing I've noticed is that when all my programs are running, the fan is also running. So it's a little loud. I would fully recommend this laptop!

bad quality
In the beginning everything looked good, but every day that passed the fan sounded more and the processor felt slower, after a month it was normal for the pc to crash or turn off suddenly, and in less than 6 months I lost all my money. So i love Dell but in the future i will think in change to another brand
