Cuts
Product cuts like it should. Only drawback is there is nothing to stop it from moving from side to side when cutting. But for the price it is great. I recommend it.

Exactly what I paid for
This little thing is worth the price. It's a little wobbly, but mine was only about 11 bucks so for the money I paid, it's an outstanding value. Besides, I'm not trying to make super professional cuts, just enough to break off tubing and mess around with it. Works great for that.

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
LIKE: SIMPLE DESIGN AND POTENTIALLY FUNCTIONAL DISLIKE: CUTTING WHEEL DOES NOT TURN. IT IS TIGHT, TIGHT TIGHT. DISLIKE: THE HINGE BETWEEN THE TWO ARMS IS FLOPPY / LOOSE / WOBBLY. THIS ALLOWS FOR LACK OF PRECISION IN THE CUT. DISLIKE: WORKMANSHIP LEAVES ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. DISLIKE: A BIT EXPENSIVE. I DID NOT GET MY MONEY'S WORTH. DISLIKE: DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE, I MUST CONTACT THE SELLER AND REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND.

Sharp and easy to use.
I never used the cutter. Bought it because a friend had the exact same tool. Used his a few times and decided to get one of my own. Learned my glass cutting work was coming to an end just after I ordered it. So, I ultimately returned the item.
