This was beautiful and brought some class to our door.

Both the sign and mounting hardware are high-quality. I like how the included screws come with a decorative cover that is threaded. Make sure you pre-drill holes to allow for proper insertion of the fasteners, as stripping them would make it impossible to use the deco-covers. Great product and nice to look at!

Nicely made, cast door bell sign. Measures 7 inches long. Solid but lightweight. Comes with two mounting screws with integrated metal caps so you don't see the screws. The screws are brass with a slotted head, so I recommend pre-drilling the holes for them as brass is soft and can deform if you put too much force. Overall very pleased with this product.

Added to my mail chute. Was easy to install on the QUALARC LM6 Black Letter Plate and it looks beautiful. Has a nice weight and thickness to it. I added some outdoor construction glue to the back before installing it for added adhesion. Fits flush, holds up extremely well in extreme weather. Clean up with just soap water and a soft rag to dry. The last part to my mail chute project. (YEAHHH)

This is a gorgeous plaque and exactly what I wanted. Classy, beautiful, stylish. BUT the screws that come with it - the kind that have nice finishing domes that screw into the screw head- are very soft and cheap. Although I screwed them in by hand, one of the heads broke off just as I was finishing tightening it. Thank goodness the dome piece screw was long enough to hold the plaque on. If it hadn't been, I don't know how I would have getting that broken screw out of my nice, solid cherry screen door. For such a nice and expensive product, the screws should be of a MUCH higher quality suitable for hard woods. (You can always buy some better ones but be forewarned.)

This is my second order from The Metal Foundry. The first was a custom brass plaque. Despite the customization, it was fabricated in the UK and delivered by international post in less than a week! It was perfect. This second order was a standard "No Soliciting" plaque in aluminum for my front door. Because it was a stock item, it was delivered in two days. Again, highest quality. It included a pair of brass screws for mounting, whose head were tapped to receive plated dome caps for decorative to touch. Highly recommended.

These signs are the real deal. Elegant, classy and will look great on any home. Definitely worth the money because of the outstanding craftsmanship.
