Very functional; Very happy
I have been using these shoes since I first bought them about a month ago in an industrial sized kitchen working 10 hour days. I have been very pleased with them so far. They were not uncomfortable to wear on day-one and have not shown any signs of degrading yet. I could tell I was going to like them as soon as I put them on. They perform excellently on slippery surfaces. I even purposefully tried to slip when we washed the floor and I didn't even glide a cm. The top is indeed easy to clean and I like the clog style because I can slip my foot out for a few seconds and cool off my feet without making a big deal of it. I have wide feet and my big toe always blows out the side of my shoes. This shoe is a little tight in that area but I am used to it and not surprised. I haven't noticed any serious damage yet. I will update this if I feel the shoe doesn't last as long as it should. Everyone at work noticed my new shoes and seemed interested in purchasing a pair of their own. I had a few personal reservations about how hip these bad boys look but the functionality makes me not give a hoot about that noise. Haters gonna hate. I will buy these shoes again. *Update* Ok everyone, It's been about 8 months or so with these shoes. I am still happy with my purchase. I noticed a few plastic like pieces falling out on the inside of my shoe recently. The top rim of my heel area has worn out as well as some of the inside of the shoe where my feet are encased. The only major issue so far has been where the pinky toe area starts to curve. That section has worn a hole completely through and formed a small hole. I will be ordering my second pair soon. They still look pretty good for being in a busy kitchen all day and the sole of the shoe is in great shape. No sign of splitting at the seam. Definitely buy these shoes!

For the price, worth it.
I've worked as a chef for years. On my feet all the time while at work, going up and down stairs, 4000-6000 steps easy per day while at work. Over the years, I've worn Danskos and Blundstones. Both are great shoes for a chef or anyone who is on their feet a lot. I also firmly believe for someone who is on their feet a lot, good shoes are worth the price. I didn't blink at spending $100-150+ for a good pair of work shoes. I bought these DDTX shoes on a whim while gift shopping last year. They are plastic-y and super shiny, I didn't have high hopes at first. Didn't take too long to break in and pretty comfortable, as far as support goes. Very similar to Dansko, but without the thick sole. For the money these shoes have been the best work shoes I've purchased.

Best kitchen shoes I've ever owned from someone with 10+ years of kitchen experience.
+++ Style/Design +++ Grip ++ Comfort ++ Foot protection + I can't think of anything bad to say about them 5/5 I would definitely buy these again depending on the life of the shoe's soles. Super comfy with a Dr. Scholl's insert and I didn't have to get them larger than my normal sneaker size to get everything to fit. The upper is stiff and durable and could deflect a dropped knife. But, it only took me a couple of shifts to break them in. Creases in the leather upper have formed based on the shape of my feet and how I "dance" while working. They are also waterproof which means my feet stay dry for short shifts. But on long shifts, sweat gets locked in so I'll need to get better socks to keep my feet dry. The soles have a deep and interlocking tread made of semi-soft rubber. They don't slip even on greasy and wet tile floors, or on cooked potatoes, or on lettuce, or on bleu cheese... even while going around corners at speed. They look great! With the polished leather upper and tan soles, they were noticed immediately by my boss. EDIT I reduced my rating to 4 stars due to the soles separating from the shoe in the front. Also the leather is a thin sheet stretched over a fiber cushion, similar to cheap leather furniture. It cracks, blisters, and then tears leaving them much less water resistant. Still a very comfy shoe with great slip protection for the price. Just expect to replace them every year if you want them to continue to look good and keep your feet dry.

Best non-slip shoes, regardless of price!
I work in the restaurant business and am on my feet 10-14hrs a day and walking in water and chemicals. . I've tried over a dozen different brands, including the big names like Rockport, Dockers, Shoes for Crews and others. I was skeptical about these due to the price, but I figured I didnt have much to lose. Other shoes I've tried have had issues ranging from not really being "non-slip", to the sole falling apart too soon, to the leather on the top of the shoes tearing, or the sole wearing out way too soon. These shoes have been great so far. I've had then for about 4 months and I see no wear on the sole, the top leather is solid and won't tear or wear. The best thing is that they are one of the most comfortable shoes I've had. I always add heal cushion to all my shoes and also add full cushion insoles to all my shoes, so I have triple cushion. Due to that fact I will order these a half size bigger next time. They are still comfortable in the fit the way the are with the extra insoles I put in. My only drawback to these shoes so far is that I don't love the style. Still good enough but they are a little too rounded in the toe for me. But I'm nitpicking. These are the best non-slip shoes I've had. I can tell they will hold up well, they are great non-slip, and they are comfortable. And the best part is that they are so inexpensive. I will be buying more of these. I will update at a year to see if they are still holding up.

Shoe leaks
Not water proof, toes get wet in small amounts of water. Not terrible fits well, break in quick. Decent kitchen shoe. Non slip works. Decent for the price.

Quality, quality, quality!
My second pair from this brand .The first one lasted me over a year ( I work in kitchen) , and could have lasted more but I thought it was time . I usually wear 11 1/2 for sneakers and the 11 fit me perfectly.Theses are super comfortable and sturdy and the shiny top layer does not crack or peel off like Emeril Lagasse shoes that I purchased for $79.00 and threw away after 1 month….Highly recommend for fellow chefs!

Too Small And Cheap Looking
I am a Women's 12 so ordered these in a Men's 10. They are much too small. Just standing in them - nevermind walking or working all day in them - my toes were painfully smushed against the shoe. The material of this shoe is hard and unforgiving. Just getting them on was difficult because there is no stretch to them making it hard to get your heel in once you've slipped your foot into the opening. They will be sent back tomorrow.

Great value for the money
At first trying these shoes on I didn't think they were not that comfortable. But after wearing them for awhile they kind of grew on me. Once broken in they seem to have gotten more comfortable. They are stylish and the non-slip soles make the shoe. I bartend and find these shoes to be a good low cost work shoe, or everyday shoe. I liked them so much i bought a second pair. Now the only question is how long will they last?
