I work as a line cook wearing my jacket everyday and it has done pretty well standing up to my rigorous schedule. When I first tried the jacket on I didn't like how long it was. I like the split edge at the hip but it was just too long. I'm 5'5" 120lb average bust. There were a few long threads that needed to be trimmed on the shoulder pocket (I keep thinking it hair) but other than the little not picky things I love the jacket. After a few washes it breaks in nice and has saved me from some nice burns. I would recommend this to any line cook.
