I really really really enjoy this supplement!! I have tried many and they usually make me really sick. This one is very gentle on my GI and I really like that you can take it on an empty stomach. I don't get nauseous like a lot of the other ones I've tried before. I do feel a little more energetic and I am thankful I tried it :)

Love this brand. Item is in glass which I love, these vitamins seem to work well for me. I love the clean ingredients. The pills can be larger for some to swallow but I don’t have an issue.

Received on time. Packaging was excellent. Just received product so it's too early to tell if it works. The label states it is a non-GMO product, derived from whole food and uses organic beet root. Wanted to find a totally organic product. Fortunately this product does not contain magnesium stearate, stearic acid, citric acid (derived from GMO black mold) or soy. It does however contain silica. The tablets are somewhat hard. So I chew them, let that sit under my tongue for about a minute while it mixes with my saliva for better digestion and then wash it down with water. A double benefit --- it works sublingually and is pre-digested with saliva for ease of use by the body. This, in my opinion is the most beneficial way to take them. (Also the most nutritious and beneficial way to drink a smoothie.) Rated only 4 stars because haven't taken them long enough yet to notice a full beneficial effect. The stars are for packaging, the non-GMO status, for not using soy or the stearates (magnesium stearate, stearic acid, etc which are toxic and in so many other vitamin products today) and kudos to MegaFood's effort to create a whole food product. A suggestion to MegaFood. Please create a powdered form so no 'flow agents' or solidifying agents are necessary. Thank you.

These are fantastic! I’ve tried several b complex over the years. They all have had drawbacks. These don’t bother my stomach or make me feel strange at all! I’m very glad to be able to finally take the B Complex I need without the unpleasant side effects.

This product and brand ... exceptional. A little pricy, but so worth the money. I’m vegan and my energy is off the charts. Completely recommend this product.

Been using for a while Seems to help with Energy

These vitamins are great!! They really work and you don't get just a burst of energy then no energy at all! You have energy all day and they are a natural vitamin! The Vitamin Shop sells these much higher than Amazon. I have been taking these for about 3 months now and they are a great source of energy! I always buy them through Amazon now.
