Recommend for Fibromyalgia pain
Definitely recommend. I have Fibromyalgia and purchased these hoping they would help with throbbing/burning pain. Anything that helps even a little, even some of the time gets a "recommend" from me. Fit: I originally purchased a small but sized up to a medium. They hit a few inches above my elbow. (F 5'6" 140lbs) Comfort: Considering I'm in pain when I wear them I would say the comfort was good and improved with use. It seems like you need to break them in some. Originally the seams are awkward around the thumb which limited the length of time I could wear them at first. And the printed lettering was uncomfortable but as it wore off they were fine. After washing and wear it was much better. Compression: The compression is perfect. Not too tight but not loose. Pain relief: They do reduce pain some for a mild to moderate flare (which is a win for fibro). For a severe flare sometimes I can't wear them due to sensitivity to fabric of any kind. When I can wear it took about 30 minutes to get used to the fabric but helped with the pain enough to make it worth wearing. I haven't found that they prevent or eliminate fibro pain but they definitely help reduce pain.

Copper compression long sleeves
Love them, these products do what I need

Light weight, Pain relief, and comfortable enough.
Today is my second day trying it on. At first, it felt so tight but today, I love the light weight of this product while it compresses and helps with my pain. I can type and move my hands freely. If necessary, I can wear a wrist brace over this product as a lining. Other similar products felt bulky but this one fits very well. If anything, size seem to run a bit small so, if your fingers are not long and thin like the model hands, using one size bigger may be a good idea. I chose Medium per size chart but fingers fit too tight that I cut off the seams to make more room for circulation. I type a lot and play a musical instrument so my hands are very sensitive and this product has a very nice fit like a second layer of skin and the arms feel so comfortable too. Highly Recommend it! 4 starts for comfort and pain relief because my fingers fit too tight...

Not very sturdy waste of money
I should've listen to my gut about these. I was hoping to find some sort of relief for combination arthritis and tendinitis. However, although these did fit my hands rather well. I wasn't able to test out their usefulness because 30 minutes after pulling them up. They split down the same from elbow to wrist. Granted, it was just one of them. But if one of them will do it that quickly. The other loan probably is going to be right behind sound sending the pair back. Not to mention the fact that I discovered that they really don't want to stay up they Rolling down the one feature that I liked about these particular compression sleeves from the pictures was the fact that they were supposed to fit just above the elbow to put the pressure in the appropriate place that needed however I could not get these compression glove sleeves to stay up. They kept rolling down my arm. Little by little and then like I said the one just split down the seam. So I'm returning them just a few hours after opening the package

Amazing for my carpal but fell apart
I have had these for 9 days, and I waited to leave a review because I wanted to make sure it was accurate rather than the first few days placebo excitement, but I have to say these are amazing for my carpal tunnel, I’m 8 months pregnant and have a horrible time at night with my hands swelling and I used to wake up repeatedly at night with my left arm and hand, completely numb and swollen and it was becoming an issue because I had tried whole bunch of different braces which immobilized my arm and made it extremely difficult for me to get out of bed at night when I had to. These seem like a viable option to try and see if they would help at all, and they have done wonders while I still wear a wrist brace at night. I no longer have to wear the elbow brace that immobilizes my elbows and I don’t wake up with the pain and swelling that I used to. However, that being said, I literally only wear these at night I do not do anything with them, but sleep in them. In the 9 days I have had them and used them the stitching has come apart. The picture that I have posted is of me stitching up where they have came apart and I didn’t think to take a picture of them prior to stitching them apart because I need to use them at night so I had to fix them. For the amount of money, the relief is amazing but the quality was terrible. I would have expected, especially from this company that the product would’ve lasted for longer than it did especially considering the fact that I do is sleep in them I do not work in them. I do not use them during the day whatsoever, so there should be no reason why the stitch had come loose at all. That is why I gave it three stars. Otherwise I would give it five stars for the relief that it provides.

Will not fix everything, but very helpful
Do not expect these to solve all of your problems, but they can help a lot! They're not great for support (not meant to be), and there is a seam that could get irritating to some people but it hasn't bothered me-- you could probably turn them inside out and switch arms to have less irritation from seams if needed. There are two sleves that come in this package and they are specific to each arm. The fabric is soft and washes well, though the logo has washed off a bit. It can be used under other more supportive braces like a wrist or thumb brace to give you more pain relief, but the seams can cause discomfort if you tighten the brace too much (it's workable, though). If I do a lot and know I'm likely to have pain and swelling, I wear these to bed (and a brace if needed) and it makes a surprisingly big difference. I often don't even use the braces anymore. The length is good and does cover my elbows and most of the second knuckle. Part of me wishes the fingers were a touch longer, but I am still happy with them. It's also useful as a measure of how bad things are, since it fits comfortably with a little stretch on a normal day, but tighter when I'm having a hard day or have done too much in a day-- sometimes I was more swollen than I realized and it helps me adjust what I do. Honestly, I don't know about the copper part of it and I'm a little skeptical, but the compression these gloves provide really does really help. Best wishes to you in your search for pain relief and efforts to stay active! :)

medical "opera length" gloves
Very effective, but could be a little tighter, it is not a matter of size, but compression.

mostly disappointed
purchased this because I needed finger compression as well as a full arm gauntlet. unfortunately the design is too imprecise and heavily seamed for post-op medical applications. its cuff at the upper arm is very badly designed with a 1/4" transition of less elastic material creating a tight band that rolls down your arm. the appropriate way to finish a sleeve like this would be to transition over approximately two inches getting less, not more, tight as you move towards the finished cuff. sizing is super off as well. hand and wrist have no compression support while elbow and upper arm are practically a tourniquet. and because the upper arm portion was so miss sized, I couldn't pull the sleeve up more than an inch from my elbow. i like the material quite a lot and I'll keep these to repurpose as costume gloves. so, I've purchased Mediven Harmony Armsleeve and Gauntlet 20-30 mmHg in a 2 regular. their gauntlet is significantly more expensive, doesn't have fingers, and you only get one sleeve for the price of three pairs of these gloves... but if it's the one that does the job right... it's the one we buy.
