My favorite brand of paintbrush for watercolor
I have several Princeton Aqua Elite paint brushes. These are by far my favorite paintbrush for watercolor painting. They are superior in my opinion in that they are a sturdier brush, which I prefer. I also like that there is no animal product involved like with sable brushes. They don’t lose bristles and clean up nicely. I definitely recommend this brush above any other brushes for watercolor.

Watercoloring favorite
Love how the Aqua Elite brush holds a good amount of water but also retains it's shape. The point always returns at the tip of the brush. The bristles are soft and hold alot of pigment. This is my ultimate favorite brush for watercolor. It's affordable and will serve it's owner for a long time if you make sure to clean it after every use!

My favorite brush
This is my go-to watercolor brush. The quality for the price is fantastic. I take good care of my brushes, and I've had no issues with this brush retaining it's shape. The only reason I have ever had to replace it is because my cat has a tendency to steal them and chew the bristles.

Nice brush
Nice brush, holds water well but haven't been able to paint lines quite as fine as I had hoped.

I LOVE this brush
Lately I’ve been coloring my small images with colored pencils to more easily get into the tiny areas. But I decided to try this brush on a couple of them. I’m no professional, but I LOVE it. You can see in the 1st picture just how small my images are, but this brush has an awesome, perfect point that got right in there. Here are the other pros: -holds a LOT of water/paint for the size! The 2nd pic shows the size (in centimeters-tip is wet). -has very soft bristles, but not flimsy—it has the perfect “snap.” The only con isn’t really about the brush at all: -it was shipped in a box with 2 other brushes and had NO protection at all. No protective sleeve or cap—nothing. I know others have had a plastic sleeve, so I don’t know why mine didn’t, but I was NOT very happy about it. Just to add, I have several Princeton Neptune brushes also. I like them. But I don’t love them. This will most definitely be my go-to brush. I think I need more of them…😂

Minder prijzig. Meer controle over de aquarelverf! Uiterste tevreden over deze borstel!

I have a few in different sizes and they are pretty much the only brush I use. They have a nice bit of spring to them and hold a lot of paint. I tried the Neptune but they were too soft for me.
