I see a lot of negative reviews on this product, but after trying the trial version, I have concluded that people who took this expected it to be a miracle drug to magically help them focus. However, it is important to note that while this product advertises boosting focus, it is not a substitute for healthy eating. This is relevant because if you want to focus you MUST eat foods with vitamins to power your brain and eliminate brain fog. This provides you with some extra vitamins but should not be viewed as a cure-all. It will not give you an adderal-like focus because it isn’t necessarily a drug. It is a fuel source for your brain. Others may be mistaking focus and motivation. Because this product has increased my focus but NOT my motivation. That is an internal feat. If you take this Supplement like it was intended, by eating a balanced diet, then you will receive a noticeable boost. I have ADHD and the only thing that worked for me was adderal. However, after taking this pill and eating better, with plenty of water, I have found my symptoms have disappeared. Which makes me question the diagnosis in the first place.But I will admit that this product did give me weird dreams as others have claimed. My hypothesis is that it gave the parts of your brain responsible for dreaming a boost in fuel source and made it more active. Which actually, and ironically, means it is working.If you are curious in what foods I eat along side this product, I eat blue berries, grapes, bananas, avocados, eggs, oatmeal, and strawberries. After this meal and 2 bottles of water, and coffee, I am able to focus exquisitely well. This is why I gave this SUPPLEMENT, a five star rating because it did just that: supplement my eating habits.In conclusion, don’t expect miracles. Take this with a healthy diet and drink several bottles of water a day and you will start to notice a difference.

Love this product. It works better for me if I take it around 7-8pm. I’ve been waking up on my own the last few weeks with no alarm clock. Sleeping better at night. I’ve noticed my focus is better during the day.

A lot of oversell generally. I purchased same vitamins, some of which I was already taking and thought I did a better job for less $$$

I ordered this seven day brain supplement with the intent of improving my concentration/ memory. It appeared to give me a boost in focus and basic recall. With anticipation of a lower price, I may purchase a 30 day supply in the future.

I took this seven day product to see if it would alleviate any of my brain fog, however, it didn’t do anything really. I took it at night like suggested, I’m wondering if people had better results taking it during the day? Will not likely try again.

I got the 7 days for my mother, to see how it work. It work faster and differently depending on your body. I must say this product does work my mother had a 3 strokes years ago and still in low recovery. But after giving her one in the morning minute later she was very alert in a great and happy mode. Since staying home to take care of my mother I'm unable to purchase the full bottle right now. But when I'm able to I gone have to purchase the full bottle.

I mean, I know that it's recommended to take them for 60-90 days to get the "full effect," but after a month I didn't notice any improvement at all. For what they cost, I didn't bother buying 2 more bottles. If I had noticed any effect after 30 days, I would have been more inclined to purchase another 1 or 2 bottles to see if the improvement continued. Not willing to experiment with that though, for the amount of money they cost. Risky financial gamble, in my opinion, and one that I'm just not interested in.
