This pumpkin seed oil is dark, nutty and pleasant tasting. A half teaspoon or so twice a day helps keep your omegas levelled up, and is meant to help your hair grow thicker, although after 6 months of consuming it and the seed butter, it has made no difference to my hair, personally. (I suspect that's because it's normally paired with saw palmetto in tablet form and it's the latter that's most potent for that.) Still it's healthy to take if you want something different, either as a health food or salad dressing.

I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rolls by putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich. (not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to Amazon UK...

It gives such a nice, roasty taste to the food, as well as it’s super healthy. I don’t like pumpkin seed even though I would need to eat it for my health, but have no trouble consuming the oil. It was a little scary for first as it’s green in colour, but the seeds are green too. The only issue is that I find it a little expensive.

they gave me hemp oil by mistake lol no harm done that's delicious too. make a romaine salad with hemp/pumpkin oil, parmesan, ranch powder, black pepper and lemon. it's very addictive and healthy

Great. our doctor recommended this for “weak bladder” control in men, it works one month of two table spoons per day on an empty stomach and the benefits are noticeable. The taste is also very mellow and pleasant not as strong as some home made variants of the oil excellent

I used to suffer with hormonal cystic acne the kind you cant pop because it's under the skin and swells and Is painful if touched and eventually scarred. This has cleared it up completely and made the surface of my skin smooth and supple! I still get normal pimples but nothing like before! I occasionally drizzle on salads and stuff too but rarely.

Doesn't smell like good quality pumpkin seed oil that I've tried before. Neutral taste. I'm not crazy about it like I am with another brand. :/
