A little goes a long way. Very flavorful and added just the right heat to my Chili, spagehtti, and Curry Stew.

For me, this is perfect and any hotter would only be for true Chile Heads (or fools). NOTE that Marie Sharp previously sold her hot sauce under the Melinda's brand and it was distributed in the USA by Figueroa Brothers. After the brothers realized that Marie Sharp had not trademark the Melinda's logo/picture, they trademarked (stole) it as their own Trademark and began to make their own hot sauce using the same Melinda's label, which by then had a good following, and they procure/procured their ingredients from various countries depending on the cheapest price. So if you want the real McCoy and consistent quality, go with the Marie Sharp's brand with ingredients from her farm.

The shipping was prompt and the bottles were neatly packaged, but two of them were sticky and dirty. It seemed to be from the sauce, but I couldn't find an obvious hole in them, so I'm guessing it got on them another way. The flavor itself is excellent, like a Caribbean flare that you don't usually get with regular hot sauces in your regular grocery store. A must-keep in your pantry for hot sauce lovers.

We first experienced this hot sauce on vacation in Belize. It is EXTREMELY spicy, yet has a great deal of flavor. We brought a few bottles home, and then started ordering it from Amazon when we ran out. Thank you, Marie Sharpe!

Marie Sharp's is hand-down the best habanero pepper sauce. Spicy without being too hot, and a flavor that tastes great with everything. I have a whole rack of other sauces that I never use, and just keep buying Marie Sharp's.
