To the person who stated they didn't feel anything, did you get your bloodwork tested? Don't rely on feelings! Get your iron level tested when you start this and then get it tested about 1 month after. Your actual blood work will tell whether or not your iron levels are up. Remember, if you take other things, like coffee, that will affect how you "feel", so you need to go by actual tests to determine if your iron levels increase.
