Bought this for my husband who is coaching soccer for 2 of our boys and the quality is amazing! I wasn't expecting such good quality for the price.

I didn't realize how important having a hundred splits would be...lets look at swimming, if you were in a 25 yards pool and doing a 500, at a minimum that would be about 20 splits, what if you also wanted to notate time under water (flip turn), and time performing strokes, now you are at 40 splits, also you can further breakdown the flip turn. As you breakdown for further measurements its starts to add up. Now you have enough for good data, on flips turns, dolphin kick time, and stroke time. To collect good data for analysis of areas of improvements. Great price, easy to use, and a decent memory size for recalls.

I purchased this watch 6 months ago and it was great for our cross country season. Now that I am in swim season, it was lightly splashed and those drops wicked right into the watch. I believe it was right between the screen and the edge. The water you see is on the inside. The watch still runs but you can see the water moving inside the screen and when there is any sun on it, it clouds the whole screen so you cannot read it. We have many of these types of watches for coaching and this is the newest one (different company) and it is already unusable. For a $30 stopwatch (when there are 6-packs of less expensive watches for $17… 6, so $3 each!) I expect it to last years! Water Resistant it is not.

Perfect stop watch for runner son

This stop watch is doing what I need it to do. As a high school T&F fan I was after a display that would show me both the cumulative split time of the race as well as the individual time of the lap time just completed. The Recall function was extra for me but thought it might be valuable...turn out the last lap is not captured and recalled. Entering Recall mode shows me the first 7 laps and does indicate the fastest lap of the 7 but recall mode does not show the last lap. I must leave Recall mode to go back to the final display when the watch was stopped to get both the final time and the last lap time. This is an annoyance for me as a fan but might be a showstopper for a serious T&F coach.
