Quality
This is a good product. Pure Encapsulations used to only sell their stuff in america, on order from doctors. Glad to see they have opened up their product range to the public, and to the UK too. This is a good level of dosage for niacin, and doesn't give you red flushes. Niacin is important enough that taking it a higher dose than you'd find from a multivitamin is something I would encourage. The price is worth it for the quality

Do your own research but I do like this............
Pure Encapsulations Niacitol (Vitamin B3) 500mg With so many supplements on the market, it’s easy to end up with expensive urine if you’re not careful. Niacitol (inositol hexanicotinate) stands out as a thoughtful choice for those wanting niacin’s benefits without the flush. My checklist:Made in USA? Yes GMP-certified facility? Yes 3rd-party batch tested? Yes (confirmed by manufacturer – see below) Vegan/gluten-free/GMO-free? Yes Fillers/artificial colours/flavourings? No Sweeteners? None The 500 mg dose provides a slow-release form of vitamin B3, clinically supported for energy metabolism, reducing tiredness/fatigue, and nervous system function (EFSA-approved claims). Higher doses of immediate-release niacin show stronger lipid effects, but no-flush forms like this are gentler and better tolerated long-term. What impressed me most is the transparency: when I emailed asking for testing details, Pure Encapsulations promptly replied with full information – raw materials tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, microbes, solvents, and pesticides by gold-standard labs, plus NSF GMP certification and biannual audits. At £32–£35 for 60 capsules (10–20 days at recommended 3–6/day), it’s premium-priced, but the quality, purity assurance, and clean formulation justify it for anyone prioritising a reliable no-flush niacin. Summary: A top-tier product from a brand that clearly values rigorous testing and customer trust. Ideal for metabolism and fatigue support without the flush. I’ll continue using it and report back on longer-term effects.

Premium No-Flush Niacin—Great for Energy Metabolism Support
— Intro — I train in boxing every day and put in an intensive hour-long workout five days a week. With that kind of schedule, managing tiredness and keeping my metabolism ticking over properly is a priority. I ordered the Pure Encapsulations Niacitol (Vitamin B3) because Niacin is well-known for contributing to the reduction of fatigue and supporting the nervous system. I specifically chose the "Niacitol" version because it’s a "no-flush" form (Inositol Nicotinate). If you've ever had standard Niacin, you’ll know the "flush" can be really uncomfortable and itchy, which is the last thing you want during a sparring session. I’ve only used these for two days so far, so here are my initial thoughts. — Pros — Zero Flush: The biggest plus is that it really is "no-flush." I’ve taken 500mg doses of standard Niacin before and turned bright red, but with this, there’s no skin reaction or itching at all. Purity: Like all Pure Encapsulations products, it’s exceptionally clean. No gluten, GMOs, or artificial coatings. When you're training hard, you want to keep your intake of fillers to a minimum. Easy to Digest: No stomach issues even when taking it shortly before training. Metabolism Support: It’s a foundational B-vitamin for energy production, which is essential when you're burning as many calories as a boxer does. — Cons — The "Days of Supply" Issue: The bottle suggests taking 3 to 6 capsules daily. At that rate, this 60-capsule bottle is only going to last you 10 to 20 days. For the price, that makes it a very expensive way to get your B3 compared to other brands. Low Initial Impact: It’s not a stimulant like caffeine, so after two days, you won't suddenly feel "supercharged." It’s more about long-term maintenance of your energy levels. Cost: Because it’s the non-flush, high-purity version, you are paying a significant premium per milligram. — Conclusion / Recommendation — I would recommend this if you have a sensitive system and specifically need a "no-flush" version of B3. The quality is top-tier, and you can trust that there’s no hidden junk in the capsules. However, for a daily trainer, the cost might be a bit of a sting given how many capsules you need to take to hit the recommended dose. It’s a great product, but you’ll need to budget for it if you're taking 3+ a day!

Good But Expensive
Pure Encapsulations Niacitol (Vitamin B3) provides a high-strength 500mg dose of niacin, designed to support normal metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. The capsules are easy to take and suitable for those following a vegetarian lifestyle, which is a positive point for many users looking for a clean and straightforward supplement. In use, the formula feels gentle and well tolerated, particularly compared with some niacin products that can cause uncomfortable flushing. This makes it a good option for anyone who is sensitive to traditional niacin supplements but still wants the potential benefits associated with vitamin B3, including support for energy levels and overall well-being. The ingredient profile reflects the brand’s usual focus on purity and minimal unnecessary additives, which adds confidence in the quality of the product. That said, the main drawback is the price. For a vitamin that is widely available in many other reputable brands, this product feels too expensive for what it offers, especially considering the relatively small number of capsules in the bottle. While the quality is clearly high, the cost may be difficult to justify for long-term, everyday use when more affordable alternatives exist that deliver similar results. Overall, this is a well-made, gentle niacin supplement that may suit those who prioritise premium formulations and are willing to pay extra for a trusted brand. However, the high price point does limit its appeal and may prevent it from being a practical choice for many buyers in the UK.

Side effects!
I'm not very familiar with this company, but it's always worth a try. Vitamin B3 is involved in many metabolic processes in the body, affecting the skin, nervous system, and digestive system. Niacin deficiency or excess can be very dangerous to your health, so it's worth consulting a knowledgeable expert before choosing this supplement. The manufacturer recommends taking 1 to 4 capsules daily, which can be harmful. For example, a dose of 2,000 to 6,000 milligrams of niacin a day can cause serious side effects, so be careful. I think this is a great supplement, but the manufacturer should provide more information about the side effects at higher doses.
