Well Made and Fresh Rubber
I purchased these tires for my Ariens lawn tractor. Last summer I replaced the front tires as they kept losing air and were getting dry rotted on the sidewalls. The back tires were in similar condition so I decided to change them out this year. These tires appear to be high quality and the rubber is very fresh having a strong rubber odor and soft pliable feel with no cracks of imperfections. They have not been sitting out for a long time getting dried out which was my concern. As for installation, they were a bit easier to get installed than the smaller front tires, but not by much. There are a few good YouTube videos out there to give you the basic idea, but it's a tough job regardless. Especially if you just have basic tools. I have two crow bars which made it somewhat easier, but it's still a tough tasks and you will sweat!! When it comes to inflating them that can be tough too. Since I did the front tires last year they have lost air a few times so I decided to get a tube kit and install tubes when I put the tires on. It makes the installation a bit trickier, however, the inflation process it easy peasy with tubes installed. If you are not prepared to deal with getting the tires to seal on the rims, I strongly suggest you purchase tubes to make it easier and prevent future leaks as well. I can definitely recommend these tires.

Good tires.
These are almost exactly the same tread pattern as the Carlisle Turf Savers that were on my mower. They were a little hard to get on and off, but it was the first time I ever tried it and it still wasn't that hard. Took me about 1.5 hours, not including the time to repaint the rim while they were off. Definitely use dish soap or something on the edges. Also, it was only 40-45 degrees when I put it on. In retrospect, I bet leaving the tire inside until it warmed up would have made the process easier. Using the 5 gallon bucket trick (look it up on youtube), it only took me a total of about ten minutes to seat beads on both tires. I don't think tubes are necessary. I just put them on so I cannot attest to their durability yet.

Don’t need new rims
Good tires at a good price, 15$ to mount on the rim.

Didn't come compressed
Installed on 2002 MTD Yard Machines 20HP LT. Had local tire shop install them for twenty bucks (money well spent). Tires came in full shape (not compressed) so I could have them installed the same day they arrived. Tread is very much similar to originals. Recommended!

Amazingly tire-like tires with tire material and doing tirey tire things.

Great value
Got these to put on our Gambler car. So far we have done two gambler 500 events with them and they have held up great.
