Great product! I was worried about the size because several people mentioned them being large in other reviews. But have no fear, they work well so long as you've "experienced" more than a tampon. It is recommended not to use dry, that could have also been a problem of some. The material is very soft and super easy to clean. Minimal directions provided but they work like a tampon and there are plenty of YouTube videos in case you're still uncomfortable.

I wasn't sure about how to use these exactly, there are no detailed instructions with the product. I didn't have any lube, so my first few days I used olive oil. I started with the lightest weight and kept going heavier, because I wasn't noticing that the lighter weights were challenging. I assumed that they should feel as though they are coming out and that you needed to squeeze to keep the weight in place - hence, tightening the muscle, to make it stronger and tighter. Then after a few days I got some lube and gave it another try. I was using the second to last heaviest weight by then. Well, used water based lube with that weight and could not keep the weight in place, it kept slipping out and almost falling to the floor! The key to success, I think, is using lube! Tonight I will go back to the lightest weight and try again to keep that weight in place and tighten the muscle. Lube is an important factor to using these correctly. With lube they depend on the pelvic floor muscle to hold it in place, without the lube, the weight just sits inside and hangs out until you are ready to remove it. Hope that made sense and was helpful. I think the product is very good quality and I am happy with them. I do wish they had detailed instructions or drawings included in the box. There is nothing in the box except the weights. Good luck

Here’s my background - I’ve naturally had 2 kids - both 8+lbs.My youngest is almost 3.I’ve been seriously working out for about 1.5 years.I never really did kegel exercises even though I know their importance.Jumping jacks and sneezes still get me - but not as bad as they were prior to starting working out.These little cherries are intimidating but help.The cherry is about the size of a golf ball - so they are large - but they easily slide in.It’s suggested to use these for about 15 min a day.At first I thought that meant I needed to dedicate 15 minutes to just this.Then I realized I can go about my business and do my exercises without anyone knowing!Having the weight helps to remind me to keep flexing/tightening.You can visually see the “stem” move up and down to give indication of movement but the stem lays flat easily and comfortable if you choose to cover up and exercise.These are made of seamless silicone so they are easy to clean.If you don’t use these, they won’t work.I was actually surprised at how light the heavy felt once inserted. I just started using the kegel balls, at first I was nervous because they look huge! Their very soft and feminine, their easy to insert and I would recommend this purchase!I’m 36yr old with two kids... sometimes I have leakage, can’t hold my urine etc... so this is helping with all that!!

I got these to help strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and the heaviest one doesn't slide out no matter how much lube i used and most would THINK thats a good thing and means i dont need a stronger pelvic floor until i cough too hard and pee myself smh

Easy to use and very comfortable. I love the package and the feel of the product. Cleaning them is very easy and they have really helped me.

They were way too big!!! Didn't work..I returned.
