Great sound quality, I’ve tested it out but can’t wait to use this product for clinicals. The value seems to be high quality. I thought that the color was extremely cute but it’s even better in person. It’s very lightweight so I assume it will be comfortable to wear.

I absolutely love this Littmann stethoscope. I bought it for my nursing school clinicals, and it has been amazing. The sound quality is crystal clear, making assessments so much easier and more accurate. The color is beautiful in person, and the overall build feels professional and durable. Right out of the box I tried this 3M Littman Classic lll Monitoring Stethoscope without recognizing there is a user's manual in the box. When it didn't work I thought oh no I got one of the duds from the bad reviews but then I thought (brilliantly!) maybe there's a user's manual and I'm overlooking some important detail. So I checked the box and sure enough I found out I was putting the earpieces into my ears exactly backwards and that made all the difference! This stethoscope went from hearing nothing at all to hearing perfectly and even after expecting great things from it after paying $100, it still surprised me how great this stethoscope performs! Do not hesitate to buy this product. I only wanted it to check out my own condition and to listen to other family member's hearts, but any professional looking for a quality stethoscope, this should be what you get. I'd only advise three things....one, read the user's manual, two put them in your ears the RIGHT way, and 3, do not hold it by the smaller circle or you will only hear your hand when it moves, but hold it by the larger circle's rim or the stem inbetween the two and you'll get a very clear sound of what's going on inside your 'victim'. jk lol

This stethoscope has been with me since I started nursing school. Overall it has been great and has held up over 2 years. There no noticeable wear and tear from use and the sound quality is great! I highly recommend as it is great quality for the price.

This stethoscope has been amazing for my medical assistant studies. The size is perfect—lightweight and easy to carry around during clinical practice. The functionality is great too; switching between the bell and diaphragm is smooth, and it works well with both adult and pediatric patients. One thing I really appreciate is the low noise level. It blocks out background noise better than cheaper stethoscopes I’ve tried, which makes it much easier to focus on heart and lung sounds. The fit is comfortable, and the earpieces seal well without hurting my ears, even after wearing it for a long time. The sound quality is excellent—very clear and sharp. I’m able to hear subtle sounds that I used to miss with other brands. For the price, I definitely feel it offers great value for money. As a nursing student, this Littmann Classic III is a game-changer! It makes listening to heart and lung sounds so much clearer for practice—definitely worth the investment for clinicals. The 'more than 2X as loud' claim really helps me learn the subtleties. Highly recommend for any student

Das Stethoskop wurde schnell geliefert! Das Stethoskop sieht sehr gut aus und liefert neben einer tollen Akustik auch ein bequemes Tragen. Im PJ bisher alles sicher erkannt mit der Auskultation unter Supervision. Den Vorgänger kenne ich bereits aus dem Rettungsdienst un dieser war/ist ähnlich gut. Es ist stets ein Vergnügen dieses Stethoskop zu nutzen für die Untersuchung der Lunge und Abdomen. Bisher klare Kaufempfehlung! Hab das Stethoskop bei keinem anderen Anbieter günstiger gefunden selbst bei Studententabatt (meist wars mit Porto, dann wieder deutlich teurer)
