I really do not understand the bad reviews about the crush gasket not being included with this filter - it is hardly a reason to downgrade the stars on the actual filter. The listing here does not mention the crush gasket being included with the filter. Come on people, read the listing in its entirety before you get mad about it. Also, for those paying six dollars for a single crush gasket, do yourself a favor and go to a subaru dealer and ask the parts counter to grab you a couple, they are not six dollars at a dealer. For those who are looking for a review on the actual product (the oil filter), I will happily extend my thoughts. -I like these filters because they are a direct factory replacement - same engineering, same bypass pressure, everything. -I enjoy how these filters come in a disposable box and have a heat shrunk seal around them, closing off the internals of the filter. Cleanliness is important to us! -I also really like how the O-ring is designed on this filter. Inside the groove it sits in, it is not so tight that you cannot remove it to apply a film of new oil and there's little to no chance that the old O-ring will come off when removing the old filter. -The part numbers are large and easy to read on this filter so replacement is easy. Overall, these filters are exactly what you would expect from Subaru. I haven't had any issues running them on my FA20. *Shipping was very quick!*
