Wilson NCAA Street Shot Basketball

Got this one for my daughters summer team, they practice outside. She uses an Evolution indoors and that is a great ball.This ball says composite but it seem to be infused with tiny rubber pellets. That is probably what makes it an outdoor ball. Not soft like 100% composite but not hard and heavy like a rubber ball. We paid around $18 compared to $10 for a rubber ball. I think it is worth the difference. No comparison to a top notch indoor ball but for its expected use and price point I would give it a 5 star rating, relative to our outdoor need.

it was a gift to my brother's son,he was selected to be a member or the national team in egypt . The look in his eyes when he received it is worth million dollar , he loved it and i think he sleeps with it . Eventhough, I have to carry it through customs in airport since its delivered already full of air but i do not mind since it came in a good packing and delivered in the right time before my travel to egypt .

Just a great, fun basketball for the kids!That said, could they have packaged it more inexplicably? The box that arrived was 16 (w) x 16 (h) x 30 (l)! It was barely taped and there was not even a hint of padding, paper, bubble-wrap, etc., which one might have expected with such a massive box. Guess we'll make a car or a canoe out of the box!

I have been using Spalding street balls for a few years. This one is a lot heavier, maybe a full pound. The grip and texture are very different too. Compared to Spalding is has an indoor touch and feel to it; it feels pretty solid, bounces differently, and isn't as grippy. I like it so far, even though I'm missing way too many shots because of the weight difference.If you want that indoor feel with a heavier ball, this is the way to go. If you're accustomed to the slightly lighter and less solid (a bit flat) balls people play with on the streets, stick with Spalding.

I love the basketball it’s a pretty good size. And i had gotten it for one of my friends as a gift and they love it’s a great kids and adult basketball.

Bought this for my 8 year old son. After a couple weeks, I noticed it didn't seem to bounce that high. I made sure to fill it and thought maybe it was just because it was a smaller size (27.5"). Then, about a month after purchase, my son's coach approached me and asked if I might be able to get him a new ball since this one was old and worn out. I told him it was only a month old, but had to agree that it looked like it was at least a couple years old and it didn't bounce very well. I don't know why it wore out so quickly, I replaced it with a cheap rubber one that has done much better. I tried to return it, but couldn't find a box to mail it in before the deadline to return it came. It was used by my 8 year old for about 4 hours a week and stored inside, so definitely not extreme usage that would explain it wearing out so quickly.

I bought this ball for my boyfriend and he uses it every Sunday. I asked him and he says it performs like any other ball. It was a great buy and a bit cheaper than from my local Walmart, and Target. Thanks !
