The Dakota odor bomb worked miracles, I cannot praise it enough, it got rid of a putrid odour which I had tried to clear with disinfectant, bleach et al, nothing worked until I was informed of the odor bomb, I left the room closed for two days and the odor was gone.

Good product, easy to operate with a good spray, just as well I checked reviews as you do need to put something underneath as will leave a deposit where it stands, otherwise very effective good strength and scent, long lasting, good value for money, would recommend to others, quite strong after application but this does fade nicely, May need more than one if used in heavy smoker environment.

My car smelled musty as I carry a dog. I set this off inside and it left the car smelling like 20 chemical air fresheners were in it. Much too strong I’ve tried to wash out but it sticks. For anyone with a slightly smelly car I’d recommend normal cleaning. Only use this if your car has been seriously stained with cigarette smells.

Bought a car from someone who obviously smoked in it. This initially took the smell away but it came back a couple of weeks later.

This product was amazing! I read all the reviews before purchasing. We had a car that sat unworking/idle for a lengthy time and became mouse infested. We restarted it for my son and had a mechanic bring it back to life. We did a robust clean out, then took it to a detailer for the major clean but despite all that it had a slight lingering odor. Next step: this car bomb! It smells great now! neutralizes the malodors as described. We put a cardboard box under it and laid a towel on the backseat before activating as recommended in the comments. There was not a lot of foam or overspray but we left it overnight and it did the trick! Great product! Highly Recommended

This is a miracle. I mean it. I had purchased a previously rental and it smelled fine. That is until I turned on the air conditioning unit and smelled the unmistakable scent of smoke! I hate smoke with a passion and was appalled that my new car was filling with the stench. I purchased this after reading the reviews and after trying several other products over the counter from auto parts stores that did not touch the smoke stench. I used the Dakota Odor Bomb and it kicked the smell right out of my car. I was instantly relieved after just one use of this product, even though it states you may use several cans in succession for tough smells. The first one did the trick for me. I would have thought I needed at least a few of these to make an impact and I stand corrected. This product was so effective that I never did need to run another Odor Bomb through the air system in my vehicle again. I have a sports car that I rarely drive and primarily stays in the garage. When I opened the door for the first time in several months, I was almost knocked out from the rancid stench. Apparently a mouse somehow got in at some point this summer and decided to make a home in it. Fortunately, he didn't chew up an wires, as I have heard nightmare stories about that. Unfortunately for him and me he passed away at some point and decomposed on the floor mat, likely several months ago in a hot garage. After opening the windows and vacuuming the mess he made (with an N95 mask on), I tried several household products that kill germs and eliminate odors. They were no match for this smell. Then I found this product on Amazon. After following the directions I and letting the car sit overnight, my car no longer has the smell of death. It has been several weeks and still hasn't come back, just the smell of this product. Others have commented that they don't like the smell, but I don't mind it. Kind of a "spicy" new car smell. A few recommendations: I started with spraying the inside of my trunk with several quick blasts and then closing it. When pressing down to "lock" the spray nozzle, don't cover the hole with your finger as the product shoots straight up and it will spray your finger and not lock properly. Once you lock, it begins to spray and you are on the clock! Also, protect the area directly underneath from potential foam and overspray, I placed mine in a smaller cardboard box. Also, if you have a smaller car, protect the headliner or convertible top directly above as the spray will also coat it and it is slightly oily. Good luck! Oh, and I am also keeping a mouse trap in my garage now!
