Yep. I put this thing on backwards. Don’t judge. After the 5 minute struggle to pull it over my booty it looked RIDICULOUS. My lower abdomen stuck out, my booty was flat, and I had the double boob thing going on upstairs. My body actually looked WORSE with it on. Horrified, I took it off with the immediate plan to return it and give a bad review. Back into the package it went.Once I came onto Amazon to start the return process, I realized that I was DUMB and put the darn thing on BACKWARDS. Don’t make that mistake. TRUST ME.Once I tried it on CORRECTLY, and all the body parts were where they were supposed to be, I was amazed to find out that the garment did its job nicely. Remember, compression and smoothness comes at a PRICE. Getting this thing on burns some calories. If you have no booty, this garment won’t give you one, but if you do, your butt stays the same shape, just smoothed out. That could be good, or that could be really bad. Only you know the shape of your butt. The thighs were comfortable, it didn’t roll up and it didn’t cut in. Most importantly, the thigh length and fabric is perfect to prevent the dreaded THIGH RUB.Moving on, the front of the garment does a decent job of holding the lower abdomen and belly in. Now, this is no magical shaper, but it does a good job of making whatever you have closer to an hourglass shape and smooth. Jiggly parts don’t jiggle and you can actually breathe once it’s on. As for the strange half bra top.... no double boob. I’d recommend wearing a good bra. There’s no point in sucking everything in if you’re just gonna let the girls sag. The purpose of the extra fabric up top appears to be to smooth out the efforts to keep “the girls” facing front. This is nice for those that have side spillage. If you don’t know what that is, lucky you. Once the drama of getting this thing on is over with, the garment is decently comfortable. The straps could be thicker, but they weren’t cutting in.The crotch hole is definitely not pleasant, but neither is lumpy skin and dimply cellulite. I guess you gotta choose your pain. There’s nothing easy about a strategic pee stance while wearing a shaper. If I enjoyed squats I WOULDN'T NEED A SHAPER. “Number 2” is IMPOSSIBLE so don’t wear this after drinking coffee or eating bad sushi. You’ll regret it.All in all, I decided to keep this shaper. I’ve learned that until I can lose the extra weight, the torture of wearing these things is worth it. Oh, and don’t wear it backwards either. 4 stars for a great design. 1 star removed for not making the front obvious to dumb people.I am 63 inches tall and weigh 150. Bust is 36DD, waist is 31, hips 39 and thigh of 23. I should have ordered a large with those measurements but I got the medium because I have been steadily losing weight. I chose black because black is slimming right? I need all the help I can get!

I'm a size 18 and I bought this in a 3X. Fits very nice, holds me in in all the right places. Makes me look like I lost an instant 5 pounds.

I heard about this from a huge number of fans and decided to risk a purchase - I have a cupboard filled with disappointing shapewear but I'm an optimist. A fat optimist with a sway back that means I end up looking and feeling like an overstuffed sausage because no shapewear fits the curve of my back - it goes straight up from my backside to my shoulders. Ugh. Anyway, this works! It doesn't cut off my breathing nor does it relocate the fat to my chin or knees - or worse, my boobs. It smooths most of the lumpy bits (let's face it, nothing is going to make me look model svelte) and is actually comfortable to wear. It doesn't roll up either. Miracles! The tummy bit is extra firm which is exactly what I wanted. I didn't need to pee so can't comment on the crotch opening. I'm tempted to get the black as well as all my clothes are dark coloured. I'd probably size down next time as I'm losing weight. Love this. Highly recommended. Oh, don't put it on backwards like I did! Duh.

Not a holy grail, but still pretty great! There is no butt, hip, or leg compression at all, so if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere! For for tummy and back slimming, plus a nice boost for the chest and some slimming effects on the pubic area (the compression coverage is throughout pubic/bikini area, and comes to a stop around your crotch- there is zero booty coverage!) though, you can't go wrong. I am 5'7, 190lbs, curvy hourglass, and the large is great. A struggle to get into at first, as one could expect from shapewear, but incredibly comfortable and movable once on. Literally the only shapewear I've owned with shorts that doesn't roll up on my thighs, hallelujah! I'm sure its because of the material (lightweight silky spandex), the length, and it actually being loose-ish around the legs (because again, there is no leg compression in these, only a smoothing effect, which I don't think is a problem!), but it's nice that I'm not constantly tugging them down my thunder thighs over and over again like I'm used to. Overall, this was a great purchase, and I'm satisfied with the results! A must for me with fitted dresses, as I'm on a weight loss journey and my body is lumpy in weird places at the moment. Would definitely recommend!*Please excuse my super dirty gross mirror!

Impossible to get on - like most shapewearA little on the smaller side but worked wonders. Stayed hidden under my dress and even helped my bra out with keeping the girls up

This shaper is everything!!! It holds and smooths out very nice. I am 5'6 195 and I ordered a Large. I had a little trouble getting it on b/c I am curvy but no other problems.

I love this thing. I am dress size 8-10, 5'5", and 145lb and I ordered size small. It will not really change your size, just streamline your look and make your assets appear to best advantage. After 7 successful pregnancies and 4.5 decades I appreciate that a lot. Belly pooch and back bulge are tamed by this and any dress/outfit just looks better. Actually quite comfortable unless you have to be outside in summer for your son's wedding photos...

Maidenform Flexees worked great for me! I am size 2X with an apple shape, so when I had to go to a formal dance and wear a long gown I was worried about how I would appear. I have to admit, getting the Flexees on was a challenge - BABY POWDER WAS THE TRICK - but once on it really held in my trouble spots. The hole in the crotch for going to the bathroom was a minor issue - I figured I could deal with that for one evening out! I may cut the hole to be larger. All in all, I would recommend Maidenform Flexees.

I am 5 foot so short in both legs and upper body. Size 10ish around waist and hips and thighs and size 12 around bust. My main concerns are a bit of a pot belly and back fat! I ordered a size MEDIUM and it fits fine and although a little tight pulling it up and not as generous around the bust as I would prefer, it gives me a great silhouette across my back and pulls in my tummy, it feels far more comfortable then the high waisted pants I usually wear because it does not roll down and the shoulder straps can be altered. Glad I bought it, as I am happy with the results, delivery was as expected. Sorry to give exact size details but I think it helps other people to choose the size they need !!

I have tried quite a few shapewear bodies but I find this the best one & very comfortable (as comfortable as shapewear can be). The fabric is so thin that there is no cutting in on the thighs. Unlike a lot of modern shapewear it doesn't seem to lift your behind - which I am really pleased with. If I wanted my behind to stick up and out then I wouldn't be looking at underwear that is supposed to suck it all in! This squashes everything in so gave me the slimmest profile of all the shapewear I have tried - some of it near £100 so this is a bargain. The only criticism I have (hence the 4 stars) is that the super slimming band that you can see in the pic forms a pant shape within the body is quite high cut - therefore if you have any extra bits of fat on the hips (love handles I guess) then these aren't held in as much as the area above - so it can give bulges here. If the super power band section wasn't cut so high this wouldn't happen. A small gripe really as everywhere else is held in beautifully.

I can’t believe how much I have previously spent on Spanx before discovering this. I googled advice on the best support pants and this make came up. They are incredible. The fabric is silky and holds you in without pain! This particular style is perfect but just make sure you check the hold of any other products from this brand as I bought a tan pair but it did not provide any hold. It’s my fault as I should have read the product information better. This one though is amazing and I am ordering another one when I find it in a natural colour.

Size 14 and bought the Large. Tight to get into but that is the point, and once you've got it on all lumps & bumps are smoothed. Wearing your own bra is a bonus and it holds boobs in from the side so you look slimmer there too rather than minimiser bras which squash them all outwards. Washes perfectly. Such a well constructed garment & incredibly reasonably priced. Quality.

Originally bought the black one, and liked it enough to buy another in beige for a specific summer dress I planned to wear to a friend's wedding.Nightmare to go to the loo in, so lost a point. Have to literally take everything off, as tried the intended way and ended up with a damp leg.Overall, gives a nice smoothing line, holds well and gives a little bit of bust uplift. Good delivery speed.

I was sceptical, but this was great. I'm a uk 16, bought the XL, could've got the L. Doesn't feel uncomfortable, doesn't really pull you in much but smoothes you out, though I think the L would've done this for my size/shape. I'm a big busted woman, so this was great as you use your own bra.

Girls these are the answer to those unsightly rolls that plague us in dresses and other close fitting garments.I have given 4 stars because I think the hook and eye fastening at the crotch would be a much better idea than the opening.This is a fairly firm garment, some are lighter and finer, but very comfortable and shapely.I returned because of the problem above and also because I'd prefer one without the legs, easier I think when wearing tights or Hold-up stocking.

I really didn't know what to expect as I have tried quite a few others styles and brands in the past and felt let down by them, but having put a bit extra weight on and going on holiday soon I wanted to at least feel comfortable in evening gowns without looking like a sack of old potatoes, yes I did order a size larger than the chart said and glad that I did, a little tugging to get it pulled up but once on it felt comfortable, tried one my dresses on with it and was very pleased with the results it gave, I can now go on holiday happy so have just ordered another in black.

4 stars because I have to get the needle, thread and scissors out. It's very simple to enlarge the crutch split and make it sensible size. Just neatly snip a few stitches either side, neatly finish the slit edges and problem solved.It fits well under my ballet practice dress and is very comfortable. Getting it on and off is not a problem.

Bought to wear under fitted dress. It is perfect, as other reviews say this doesn’t suck you in but gives a smooth look, doesn’t push bits out in other places like some do. I’m a 12 (with some wobbly bits) & bought medium, it stayed in place all day, tightest part is around waist to under bust which was great. It’s quite long in body so needed to put straps to shortest adjustment, plus it comes up quite high at back which I altered to suit dress. As others have said the opening for toilet purposes is a bit tricky to get hang of but I managed without any mishaps - it wouldn’t be too difficult to remove but I didn’t want to be stripping off each time. I’m very happy with this item & think I’ll be getting another in black :) Material is strong enough to pull up without risk of ripping, which I’ve done in past with the more expensive brand...

Unfortunately this didn’t work well for my body shape, great if you want your tummy and waist pulling in but I need a bit of help around my thighs too and the material isn’t strong enough to smooth those out unlike the flexees bodysuit I have which is great but I need one in a nude colour for a lighter coloured dress ( my flexees one is black)I am a size 14 and bought size large which fitted ok but doesn’t smooth my thighs.

This a nice comfortable body suit you have to breath in to get it on but it's worth the effort. It gives a nice smooth effect but I wouldn't say I looked slimmer. I have bought cheaper vergen of a body suit and got the same effect as this more expensive body suit. It would be great if they made this with popper opening as no matter how careful you try to pee the garment gets wet not what you want when your out and about

Being a short size 16/18 I followed the size chart and went for the XL. The length was good for me but I expected more control. After reading other reviews about how difficult it is to get on and not finding it difficult at all I did think maybe the smaller size would be better for more control. However it did feel comfortable and light weight

Might be just my shape, but this didn’t work for me at all.The material is good, but it took forever to put on, then my stomach, which was the main reason I bought this, just stuck out even more!

Does what it's supposed to and doesn't cut your blood supply off!All to often with these they cut into your legs but not this one.Very pleased
