Loved it! Very comfortable!

Love this hat!!! It not only looks fantastic but it keeps the sun off me! I have gotten lots of compliments! It does have a built in Velcro strap that allows you to tighten it on your head. Plus it comes with head adjustment soft strips and a strap that can be attached to keep it from blowing off your head! Worth every penny. I have worn it in the pool while playing with my kids and it stays on great! Well made and sturdy. I know it will hold up well and hope it have it 10 years like my last one.

I bought this for a trip to the DR. I haven't been yet, but the product arrived in excellent condition, full size box, with a guard around the brim, and plastic interior to keep the hat from collapsing/wrinkling during shipping. I was very impressed with the care taken. The hat is slightly large, but it came with hat tape to be able to resize it to fit, which worked perfectly. It also comes with a removable/adjustable chin strap for windy days.

I bought this for a visit to an outdoor food and wine festival, and as you can see in the photo, it looked great! I wanted something that kept my ears covered as well, since lots of people get skin cancer on their ears if they’re only wearing baseball type caps.STYLE: 5/5. The style of this is cute and practical. I really like the look of it, and you could wear a low bun or ponytail with the open back. It comes with an under-chin removable lanyard that I removed and left behind because I thought it was dorky and then regretted because I wore it on a windy day and had to keep holding it down. One minor gripe is that the ribbons aren’t finished properly and there are hanging strings visible in my third photo that need to be trimmed. Not a huge deal as it’s easy to trim with nail clippers or scissors, but something to be noted.FIT: 3/5. As the title says, the fit really is my one gripe with this hat. I bought a different hat that I ended up returning because I preferred this style, but that hat had a ribbon brim inside with an inner drawstring that allowed you to customize the fit and make it snug. I thought that was much better than the sticky foam pieces that came with this hat to adjust the fit. I have a tiny head and those foam pieces were not enough to keep my hat on in even a light breeze.TRAVEL UTILITY: 4/5. For travel, this hat folded in half twice to fit into my carry-on tote bag on the plane. On my first flight I just left it like that and it got a bit of a crease. I had to lay out the hat for a bit for the crease to fade. So the second flight, I babied it a bit, and re-folded it the opposite way every so often to prevent it from getting a crease. That worked pretty well.Anyway, I liked this hat and will definitely use it again, so even with the fit issues, I’m giving it four stars.

I’ve had this hat for 5 years now and it still looks brand new. When I purchased it I had no idea how much of a staple this would be for me. I’ve taken it on every vacation, every beach side day trip, every afternoon girls brunch. I now wear it everyday on my afternoon walks with my little one. To say I love this hat is an understatement. It’s fabulous and so well made. Get it!!

This hat is a very nice quality. Unfortunately, it was too big. It does have a drawstring inside tto adjust size, and I might have kept it if not for the other drawback for me. It’s made of a heavy, tightly woven straw material. As already noted, it’s high quality and well made. Unfortunately, it just felt too heavy for what I want for an upcoming cruise in warm, beachy climates. So I returned it.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy it. My neighbor saw it and I ordered one for her. It fits well it covers my face and for once I look a little fashionable.

Good hat! The inside straps in hat band can be adjusted to make it a smaller fit and worked well. Only 4 stars cause chin strap was missingUpdate: exchanged for same hat with Amazon! Packaged with cloth like elastic gathered brim protector, like for fine purses and in plastic sealed bag in a box. Came in perfect condition WITH chin strap. The strap has adjustable bead and is optional to leave strap in or can unclip from inside hat. This was a gift and she was delighted!
