Good, useful chart
If you are new to the the awesome sandbag workouts, this chart will help you to choose the right workouts with a sandbag. It shows workouts for the upper body, core, back and lower body and also for the whole body. Good quality chart. No complains, it is useful.

Great Workout Poster!
I'm very pleased with the sandbag workout poster. It is a great size and the different exercises are easy to see and divided into upper body, lower body etc. I already hung the poster in my home gym and have used it for my sandbag workout. Shipping from this seller was great. My poster shipped quickly and was packaged well. I am happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.

Tough built
Build quality seems top notch. Everything besides the kettle ball is to my liking. The kettle bag handle sits a little close to the rolled up closing lip with buckle clip. Just my preference/opinion

Great Sandbag Exercise Post
Just bought my first Sandbag and wanted more info on how to use it. Wow I had no ideal you could use a sandbag for every workout til I bought Quickfit Sand Bag Poster. It covers so many workouts for from arms, chest, back, legs and more. It’s a must have for anyone new to sandbag training.

Good techniques
I purchased the sand bag from a gym that was downsized, but I didn’t have a chart to go with it. Now, I do:) it also has a roller based chart on the back of it, if you happen to have one of those.

Good visual reference guide
Double-sided so you can hang it horizontally or vertically. Clear graphics make exercises understandable. Really nice addition to gym space - and perfect for those days when you don't feel like thinking too hard about your workout. Just pick a few exercises and go! Arrived fast too.

What a perfect workout poster!
She loves it! I gave this poster as a gift and it was a huge hit! She told me she uses it everyday and likes putting together her own workouts with it. She said there are exercises on it that she never thought of before so she’s very excited to start doing them.
