I hate having to add powders to my daily supplements, so these are perfect. I've bought at least 10 bottles, so I can attest that my hair is growing and my skin is healthy. I do take good care of both though, there is no magic pill. I do feel these are an effective part of my routine though, plus most collagen is bovine-derived and nothing should have to suffer for the sake of beauty.

After about a month or so of using this, I started noticing my nails didn’t break or peel, unless they got really long. Love that it’s vegan, the only reason I took one star off is that they are hard to swallow. They’re large and kind of sticky, so I only take them when someone else is home in case I choke, lol.

I really love this product… I stop for few months and I saw the difference. It works great to help my nails and hairs be stronger specially now that I’m in menopause … also doesn’t bother my stomach that I already have many and delicates issues.

I brought this for muscle pain. I do have to say, I highly recommend it. I felt the difference in a week.

I stopped taking my bovine collagen peptides as they now upset my stomach since eating a pescatarian diet. I hoped these vegan collagen builder would replace but it’s not working for me. I learned there are marine collagen peptides and I believe this will work better for my senior skin and joints. I wish all the strict vegans/vegetarians well meeting their collagen needs. Nothing wrong with this product, just not as effective as I need.
