I have a Morton’s neuroma in my right foot. It became so painful to walk that I went to the podiatrist for help. The doctor sent me to have physical therapy for 10 weeks. Physical therapy helped to reduce the pain by 50%, but I do not have time or money to go to physical therapy three times a week, on a continuous basis. I did some of the exercises I learned in physical therapy, but it was not enough. I went back to my podiatrist for a steroid shot in my foot. The steroid shot helped for a month, but the pain came back. The doctor said that the next step would have to be surgery, where she would have to cut a nerve in my foot to prevent myself from feeling the pain of the Morton’s Neuroma. I decided to try this foot roller, and it removed 98% of the pain. I use the roller everyday, 1-2 times a day (once in the morning, and once in the evening). I get better results if I stand up and roll, as opposed to sitting down on a chair and rolling. It has even helped to manage my Morton’s neuroma pain that I can even wear medium - high heeled shoes for special occasions. This foot roller has saved me from having to have surgery, the money associated with having surgery, and the time I would have to take off from work to recover. I even pack with with me when I travel. I won’t leave home without it. Great product! Highly recommend!

I have plantar fasciitis and have tried a variety of massagers and stretchers. I find this roller and the 2 spiky balls to be the easiest to use and very soothing. The smaller ball has pointier spikes, giving you a deeper massage. I especially like the roller under my heel pain.

Due to it's width, it covers more area than a tennis ball, and you can target an area more specifically by tilting your foot to the right or the left without it rolling away like a tennis ball would. Helpful for plantar fascia pain.

I bought this product based on the reviews I read. The long piece is amazing! The pain was gone within a few days of massaging after having to deal with foot pain for 5 months! Now that summer break is over, my foot pain came back, so I pulled out the massager again. It's so helpful!

I suffer from plantar fasciitis, this is ok, I will try one of the balls as I believe they will be more effective for me.

The bottom of my feet are tender every morning, after rolling the foot massager and the balls over my feet, I immediately felt that this product will work for me. The balls are spiky but tender. I am satisfied with this purchase. They came in their own carrying bag, which will make it easy to keep up with. I was looking for another foot roller like my old, all-wooden model with rather sharp ridges- it really digs into your foot. Couldn't find one, so I got this. After a bit of experimentation I learned to use this- roll both feet at the same time, with the instep on the rollers at the end. I still prefer the old wood one, but this works well enough
