I read the mixed reviews and bought the beeswax anyway. When I opened the bag, I was hit by the odd smokey petroleum type smell that others described. I was kicking myself, but I decided to try and use it. I was making beard balm. Once it melted, the smell went away and all I could smell was a ever so slightly smoked honey smell (you could smell the honey really well, but there was a slight smoke to it). The product turned out great. There is absolutely no "stink" to it now. I'll buy it again.

Love these beeswax pellets for making my hand balm. They are easy to measure and melt nicely.

These don’t have the natural nice honey (I guess) smell the yellow ones had. Neither listed scent added or color, but the yellow have a slight odor which I miss in these white pellets. Not bad, just what I noticed.

I selected this product because it sounded like the best one and I liked the price. Several other products I browsed had lots of reviews complaining about the horrible smell. This product has a mild smell, but not bad. It certainly doesn't smell like burning rubber or anything rancid like that. I used it to make breastmilk lotion for my son and it worked great.

These pellets were perfect and exactly what I was looking for with making homemade sun cream. Ther are small, melt easily, and are virtually scent-free, making them the ideal beeswax to choose for a body cream. Also, great value for the purchase price. I'd recommend!

I used this beeswax as soon as it arrived. I used it in a homemade deodorant and candles. I wanted white for these products. The products turned out nice. The beeswax melted as other yellow beeswax. But the smell was off. It has the USDA Organic seal. The final products were nice and I noticed no smell that was off from making the same product with yellow beeswax. I would purchase this again. I appreciate the fair price.
