Ugh I love this schmear so much. It’s low maintenance retinol, helps so much in the winter (especially if you live in the North), basically no scent (LOVE that- yo, other skin care maker people- STOP putting perfume in your products, it’s dumb, nobody wants it). My skin is so much happier when I have this product vs when I run out. Super lightweight- Softer, glowier, more moisturized throughout the day🫶🏽✨ My only critique is the packaging is like Fort f’ing Knox- you know there is more product in there but the pump can’t access it and you can’t take the top off to get in there. Paula, be a girls girl and let the people have access to every last glop of this please? I seriously hate wasting it, bc let’s be honest- it’s spendy and the world is expensive enough. Give us the last drops of glop!

This has been my favorite moisturizer for more than five years. It works all night and beyond. It’s probably not needed for oily skin, but there is nothing in this that would hurt it. The skincare ingredients in it are really a full routine in one pump.

Have only used it for 2 weeks but love it so far. Face is moisturized and glowing. Have not noticed a big difference in fine lines but it feels great on my sensitive skin!

This is an awesome moisturizer. Love the texture & how deeply moisturized it leaves my skin. It is so luxurious & creamy it is fun to apply. It says it has retinol, but it is super low dosage. I use it to layer on top of my Skin Ceuticals retinol or a Paula's choice retinol.

For context, I have dry, sensitive skin with rosacea, and am in my 40s. I have been using Paula's Choice products for over a decade and have tried a lot of the products made for my skin type by this brand. This is the very best ultra moisturizing product they make according to my face. Very very moisturizing so I mainly use at night and weekends. It does soak into the skin and feels great, but my face is very shiny after I use it so I don't use it if I am leaving the house. I use the Resist Barrier Repair Moisturizer with Retinol and Antioxidants for Normal to Dry Skin in the mornings Monday through Friday. Its not as moisturizing as I need in the winter so I layer a tiny Resist Super Antioxidant Serum with Vitamin C under it, especially on the rosacea on my cheeks. I always use the Resist Advanced Replenishing Toner. Used the Skin Recovery Toner before they started the Resist line and I still like it. And one of the BHA Lotions (not liquid, not gel). Used the 1% formula for years and recently tried the 2% and while it kicks blemishes in the proverbial ass, it is too drying for my poor rosacea cheeks. I've never like the Skin Recovery Replenishing Moisturizer Cream (red stripe on bottles) because is very thick and yet doesn't feel like it ever soaks in to the skin. The Moisture Boost Hydrating Treatment Cream (purple stripe) was okay but a bit too much for summer daytime, not enough for winter daytime wear.

I am cautious not to overuse, so haven't really seen any difference using this. The cream is a little thick, but covers well. It's hard for me to tell exactly how much of the different actives I am using to use, so I err on the side of caution. No real changes after three weeks. Maybe just make sure you wear sunscreen and don't buy endless lotions and potions?

I’m very happy with this product. I use at night, you don’t need much and it makes my skin feel great. I’ve only started using Paula’s Choice products in the last couple of months and can see and feel the difference. Price is good value as well.
