I took the pills for sleep sometimes. It helped. Because it is herbal pills. It doesn’t have chemicals or side effects. I took 7 pieces according to the description label.

I was hoping for this to help me relax my thoughts but it did nothing. After a few days taking this, I threw it out.

Pricey, no benefit noted, doesn't help with sleep or pain relief.

My acupuncturist recommended the "Spirit Calm" supplement to help me sleep. I take 3 or 4 capsules each evening just before bedtime. It helps me get more consistent sleep, without awaking much during the night. It's the only sleep remedy I've tried (and I've tried lots of them) that doesn't make me feel groggy when I wake up in the morning.
