Product old and melted
Product arrived old and melted into clumps. I order direct from hotel chocolate but in the us they only offer individual serving packs. I’d hoped this would allow more personalization of the cup of hot chocolate, but alas, it seemed to have shipped from England with no temp control.

Based on the picture, I thought I was getting a canister of hot chocolate, instead I got a small pouch. I bought this to add to a gift for someone who knows the brand and raved about it when she went to the UK a few years ago and it can’t be found where we live, but for $36 dollars I expected to get what was advertised.

I had heard a lot about this chocolate. I have a Velvetizer. I just now buy the chocolate flakes from Wild Mountain Chocolate online, and it is far superior , and far far cheaper!
