Q: Received the creams today and it doesn’t have any kind of safety seal, didn’t arrive in any plastic or box. Is this supposed to be sealed?

I’ve received some with a plastic covering and others without. I’m not okay with it not coming with a plastic seal so I send it back when it doesn’t. I feel that’s totally inappropriate and with how crazy people are now days, I do not feel comfortable using a product on my baby without it having a seal.

We know that many parents and caregivers shop in the baby care aisle when looking for skin care products for children. Our retail partners have asked that the product state “baby” if it is shelved in the baby care aisle.

Mine was delivered today with no seal of any sort.

Q: Is there a big size on this?

I haven’t seen bigger sizing in stores or amazon. Aveeno has a product slightly larger and will last longer.
