The product lasted well for less than a year. This is my third laptop charger like this that is weak at the insertion point to the laptop. I have to hold the plug into the computer at a certain angle in order for it to charge. Soon it will likely quit working altogether. At this point I'm convinced they design them to fail so you have to keep buying more.

This seems to be a good cord. Bought this after I lost my original cord somewhere. Have used this for a few months now with no apparent issues on my old Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga (gen 3) machine, but also on my wife's newer Lenovo laptop (can't remember the model info). Anyway, seems well built and can't recall having any issues with it over the past few months, use it almost daily. So far, so good anyway. It's a little slimmer/smaller/lighter than the original cord, but not dramatically so. It is still a two piece thing with a thicker cord going from the wall outlet up to the transformer and then a smaller USB-C cord going to your machine. Might buy another one as a backup.
