Cheap - Bad Quality- Item missing
I ordered this product in May of 2022 and really liked it. I then purchased two more last week in February 0f 2023. This time the product was different and cheap and sized differently (way too big), the second box I ordered came completely empty, literally a box with nothing in it and then had do waste my time calling amazon and returning. This company has gone downhill since last year, I am very disappointed for wasting my time.

Was very upset when I opened the box. Product was not "anchored" in the gift box. It looks as though it has been worn(clasp is scratched). And it arrived late. I did like the weight of the product and the actual quality of the bracelet.
