Q: I have a 35" waist, right inbetween the medium and large. Which size should I get?

I'd get a large for a 35 inch waist and or a 34 inch waist, I'm a 36 and wear a XL comfortably. I guess I like my boxers fitting more relaxed.

Q: I’m a 28 waist and the small says 29-31. Anyone tried these that have a 28 waist?

They definitely run loose and the waistband is very stretchy. These should fit you but they won't be snug at all.

Q: how true to size are they and any shrinkage after washing?

I found mine very true to size (medium) and did not shrink. I advise laundering as delicates. They are not durable.

Q: Does the fly have a button?

Nope, its just a reinforced stitched fly that opens
