Not had to use yet but look s like a very good product

poor quality. poor build. poor performance. won't last. the 4 times I've needed to use it... its let me down. dosent charge property. the LCD screen only shows 50% charge whilst charging with a plug, and magically becomes 100% when unplugged from socket. But won't jump start the car because not enough charge...Pump stopped working after 2 uses.And all the connections are loose/poorly made.

This was amazing … used it to jump start our Vw camper at least 5 times on one charge whilst we were on holiday ( van had a fault garage was unable to solve) then, during the electricity outage due to storm Arwen we were able to keep our phones charged up

Does what it’s made to do. A good buy.

Bright lights makes working on the vehicle or outdoor jobs at night so much easier.

Not a great experience to say the least. I am currently £25 out of pocket having been sent a faulty jump starter and not having the return postage refunded by the seller. I returned the unit nearly 3 weeks ago and have given the seller numerous opportunities to rectify the situation before I posted this review.The unit arrived and as soon as I plugged it in it was obvious part of the display didn’t work. In addition, although the unit should arrive semi charged it was in fact fully charged.I followed the return process and emailed the seller with the return postage cost to be reimbursed. I received the reimbursement of the product cost but not the cost of the return postage.For a couple of weeks, I called and emailing the seller and got no response. The phone just rang and you cannot leave a message.I finally got a lady on the phone a week ago, she has tried her best to help me but needed the manager to deal with the refund. I couldn’t speak directly to the manager and after another week of emails and phone calls I still have not received the refund.So, I have paid £25 for the privilege of being sent a fault product. Waste of my money and time.

Great product to have in your boot of your car.

Used a hand full of times and now the port to charge the unit has snapped off. All that money for very little use.
