Subtle and flavorful addition to many dishes
I bought this for an Asian recipe and really enjoyed the complex, somewhat citrusy taste. Since then I have used it in other dishes, chicken especially, and love the flavor. I use about a tablespoon max or a teaspoon for dishes with less sauce. It's good to play with it using a small amount first and tasting it. You'll find the balance you like. Research recipes online to find some very interesting Asian dishes for variety. It is pricey but it lasts a long time and is worth it for the special interest it adds to a dish.

Ponzo baby
This is the real deal, this is the only Ponzo sauce you will ever need. slice up some scallion into small rounds and put into water to blanch, thinly slice red onion paper thin and also put into water to blanch. Leave them for a couple hours and then squeeze them dry. Cook, an amazing strip steak rare to med rare, any longer you don’t deserve quality beef. Then slice it thin across the grain. Lay down your sliced red onions as a base, then layer your amazingly cooked rare steak on top of that. Then top that with a ton of your chopped up scallions, then drench the whole thing in this Ponzo sauce. Be prepared for the best experience you’ve ever had in your life with Beef. Mention me in your obituary.

Excellent and versatile
This ponzu sauce is great for sushi, adding to marinades, and makes a wonderful salad dressing on its own or with a little sesame seed oil.

Amazing flavor but the price really way expensive
We loved the sauce, they flavor is amazing but the price is not so amazing. For this reason I probably won’t buy it again.

Very citrusy!
This is very tasty ponzu sauce! It has delicious citrus flavor! I like to mix with a little soy sauce and Sriracha for a delicious spicy sauce!

It’s ok
Mine came very acidic. This is why it lasts long but flavour wise it’s not like any fresh I’ve had. I mixed it with some low sodium soy and it’s a bit better but the flavor overly fades still

Best Ponzu Shoyu I've ever tasted.
Strong citrus notes with a soy sauce chaser. Hate it's out of stock. I also like the soft squeeze bottle-style container.
